The help desk for parts is dogsh*t. They are less useful than oreillys. They do not know anything about automotive science. Their shipping department must be union labor because orders process for 4 business days. Their general help team for orders is worthless and will cancel an order instead of call you to fix any issues with their system.
Ordered an antenna based of the information on the site. My vehicle is in a cross over year and the part was incorrect. Called in and was told no big deal order the new one and we will start the return process. The process is to send pictures of the part, the box the part came in and the shipping box the part box came in...Once submitted as instructed Mopar Parts Giant states they do no accept electronic parts in return. So after jumping through many hoops the final decision was no return. I explained the part, walked through the diagram on the site used to make my purchase...Order the correct part. And was stuck with the wrong one. Very disrespectful of those of us that can actually work thru a problem and come to a "mutual agreement" only to be told NO! This company is a third party and buys from Dealerships, i suspect that since they have no stake in Mopar they will not accept any returns. Lesson learned!
Ordered a simple paint color code they sent me the wrong one I end up paying for shipping and end up costing me three times the amount and they couldn't even figure out the correct paint code they gave me back partial money with a 20% restocking fee please don't bother buying from this company order from other websites the more reputable.
Your item will arrive broken because it was shipped with no packaging.
Their RMA process only functions as a time delay. Nothing about it will ever help. It will bounce emails, they will claim they cant find your email, even if you give them a date/time, they will claim there was no attachment. They will ask for additional pictures but not be specific about what was lacking... They will wait as long as they can to respond to you or paypal claims reps... Just avoid.

Called and was told they could not find the part? 3 were in stock i replied. The repli i got was the inventory was off.
Thank you for wasting 2 days of my time, take all the proper steps to make sure the part is available and incompetence strikes again...
Called to verify a part was in stock, upon verification I paid and waited a week for my part, after hearing nothing I called back only to find out they did not have it. Worst of all they did not let me know I had to call to find out why.
Tried to buy 2 bolts for my jeep, small simple order right? Wrong, they sent the wrong part and days later after trying to contact them to correct their error they want me to prove that they sent the wrong part. Sent pictures and still nothing. Filed a complaint with the bbb, never again. Beware of this company.
Ordered a part and was advised a day later that it was no longer available. I should have been advised it was not in stock when I was placing my order. Payment was made and I wonder when I will get a refund.

Ordered several body parts for my jeep, $1200 worth. Got 2 e-mails from them saying my order needed attention. First said that the floor pan I order was out of stock even though website said it was in stock, even said it was in stock days later. Second said that the price of other parts had gone up, some as much as
50%. Called customer service and was told that they couldn't keep all prices on their website current and that if I read their sales policy that I can either pay the difference or cancel my order, my choice. So I ponied up the dough because they were the only ones to have the parts I needed. They also run under a couple of other names like mopar parts wholesaler.
Ordered a ABS module for my jeep, they processed my order charge my credit card sent me an email verifying my order and said it was being packaged. Three days later I get a email stating they canceled my order due to a price increase on the part. The price more than doubled when I asked customer service why They said price increase. They said the money would be returned to my credit card within 3 to 5 business days. When I went back to the website the port was still listed at the original price. Buyer beware.
Purchased some running board steps for my RAM 4500 and the box arrived damaged and taped up. Unboxed the product and it had foot prints, finger prints, and installation scratches. I tried to settle for a partial refund, but they wanted me to send it back and charge me a 25% restocking fee on a used product they sold me and they wanted me to pay for the shipping which was going to cost me about $200 due to the size and weight of the box. I wouldn't buy anything from this company. They are a scam and sell used parts. I even purchased an oil filter in the past and the box was smashed up. They probably collect and sell rejected parts from all the dealerships nationwide.
I ordered an o2 sensor it took 7 days to get to my house and when i got it it was the wrong part so i called them up to complain so now in retalliation thier giving me the run around in returning my part talking about abussines that is being run by a bunch of babies, u could tell mommy never took the tit away they act alot like donald trump
I had ordered a harmonic balancer. When it arrived it looked used but figured it couldn't of been. Installed the part, it failed a week later. I should of read the reviews. This company is a scam just like the reviews say.
Purchased a roof rack that MPG specified was the correct part for my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Further, the invoice specified my vehicle. They sent the list number that I ordered. However, it was incorrect and clearly misrepresented by MPG. I filed a return authorization report with the afore mentioned evidence, clearly showing their responsibility. However, they changed "the reason for return", that I had entered with my documentation to "no longer needed)". This is unquestionably dishonest. In authorizing the return, MPG deducted 20% for restocking and refused to cover the return shipping. With the shipping, I am out over $100 with no product. It was 100% their fault and they feel very comfortable stiffing customers. BUY FROM MOPARPARTSGIANT.COM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
I purchased a rear axle from these degenerates only to receive the part defected with a slash in the cv boot. Their warranty process is some trash just like this distributor. The staff is possessed. These people don't care about you or the money they rip you off of. I have never in my life been taken for a death ride like this by anyone. I usually read reviews on a place before purchasing anything from any organization but this time I didn't. Never again.After the horrible experience I went through, PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE. THEY ARE SOME SERIOUS SCAMMERS. I can write a play by play of what I went through but it's too much to type. I'm just going to say, I can't wait for Karma to do it's work here
Yep, they sent wrong part, no were sorry, no will send call ticket... I had no printer to print there return as they demanded... they were not hearing it. I spent $8 out of pocket to send it back so they would send my hostage part.
Lost two days work without part, out $250 in income and these folks could not of cared one bit.
This was 100% due to there pulling and packing error, yet im the bad guy who had to wait and miss work.

I ordred parts after checking availability, a day later I received an email with a bill for $41 dollars extra in shipping costs, a day after that I received a yet another email telling me the parts are on back order. I had phoned to confirm availability and price only to be misinforformed!
The part I received were damaged beyond use. I got the run around for over three months, which ultimately turned into no communication from them. When I inquired they said I had to contact the shipping company. I didn't buy from the shipping company, they didn't stand behind their choice of shipper. The have taken my money and ignored my problem. DO NOT ORDER FROM MOPAR PARTS GIANT, there are much better companies to work with.
So i purchase 4 parts on their web site,. A few days after i receive a email that i had to pay a extra for 3 of the 4 parts and that the 4th part was no longer available. So i agreed but was overcharge. I email them they said i would be refund but they dont, i chat with them and they did not respond, i called and was told its not their problem to call paypall, i told them i was related to the back order part, i was put on hold for over 30minutes with no respons after... when i receive the parts one of them had to be return but they refund me on the original price not the price they charge me total. So i total im out about 61.78$us or so

I bought an Alternator from these people in April and returned the Core for a Core Refund. I have contacted them three times with a reply they need to check with their vendor. I have provided them with the order number the RMA Number and the FedEx shipping number as well as Proof of Delivery. I am currently filing a Chargeback with my Credit card company and told them that I tried to settle this amicably but they fail so badly in their customer service. This business has several aliases as well so it would be best to check other companies out as well.
