Seemed like a rich site for research until I picked up a drive-by ransom virus while I was online with it. I reported the information to their Utah host, and they handed my notice to an allied company with them saying they'd telll Mooseroots webmaster. Didn't hear back so I reported it to Microsoft and to US Government. I will not go into their site again unless I have a sandbox going. Safety first..

Another scam ran by identity thieves. A website that claims their service is free yet they allow stalkers and identity thieves to share anything about anyone and also purchase information on anyone. These scam genealogy websites are making money. Why else would they spend the money to create a website and go through all the trouble and details of publicly posting your personal records on their website? Thy even say they get their info from other public databases which isn't true. Even the wording in their privacy policy and terms is questionable. Doesn't take a genius... BEWARE!
