Don't ever trust this company! I did everything that was asked of me and are there to give you false hope. I thought they were for real and followed their instruction, as they assured me that my funds have been recovered. Then they told me I must fund my wallet with the necessary money to withdraw my funds using private keys and have waited more than a week with no communication whatsoever. They have blocked me on WhatsApp and don't reply to my email. The money I funded (. 27 BTC) was taken also and blocked from my account. Very bad service don't trust them!

Do not deal with them, they are scam company. They will not recover your money but you will loose more with them!
Similar to an earlier writer, Moore Finance Recovery offered some sound advice, which is genuinely appreciated - again as my "trades" were through a crypto exchange identified that I was unlikely to be able to recover my money.
A genuine professional operation that may be able to help those who have been scammed.
