You better be careful if you plan to do business with Moore Family Dentistry in Las Vegas. Less than two years ago they performed a root canal and installed a crown for me. At the time I did not have dental insurance and they charged about $3500 for the procedure that I paid out-of-pocket. Sometime after that episode, I obtained dental insurance. I found that Moore Family Dentistry was not on the list of approved vendors with the insurance company, so recently I selected another dentist for a checkup. At the appointment the new dentist discovered that the tooth "repaired" by Moore Family Dentistry had an infection under the crown and needs to be extracted -- it is no longer be salvaged. He is recommending a bridge or implant -- both expensive procedures (again) even with the dental insurance. I contacted Moore Family Dentistry and asked if they "stood behind their work" providing a warranty on the work done. The representative placed me on hold and spoke with the dentist. When she returned she advised me that Moore Family Dentistry would not assist in getting this problem resolved. I fine out now that I could have had an implant put in two years ago for what they charged for the root canal and crown. This is just a warning to anyone contemplating doing business with Moore Family Dentistry. You might want to think twice before allowing them to work on your teeth!
