Horrible COO extreme micro management once you arrive at plant located at 2300 Frio City Rd. ******* your not allowed to leave & you are REQUIRED to eat as you work. Expect COO to be in your office 10-13 times daily adding non sense duties and extensive texting demands all DAY! Horrible horrible leadership! Your not allowed to work comfortably doing your job as an HR Manager, the pay is very attractive but you will not last, you will not be trained you will be thrown and expected to figure things out on your own with constant COO (Female) breathing down your neck all she cares about is body count. Most disgusting Recycling place to work at and expect to work 3 Saturdays out of each month. There is no life balance. I lasted 1 week as HR Manager & the previous HR Manager was only there 7 months. This job is NOT Long Term. Filthy office just like the female COO running this place to the ground! DO NOT TAKE THE HR MANAGER JOB YOU WILL NOT LAST!
