Same thing happened to me, received an email however mine did not even have a tracking number. This was a gift for a friend placed on 11/21/2016, well here we are on 1/5/2017 and still nothing with no answers, no product, and certainly no refund... SCAMMMMMMM!

I bought a jersey from their website, and it was a chrismas gift, they sent it in time, but do not have any tracking no., and later on my friend told me it was knockoff, I feel so embarrassed by that.
I placed an order on November 30th, 2016. I received a confirmation email with a tracking #. That tracking # has shown no movement since December 2nd. I have emailed the company roughly 8 times and received 2 email responses. They told me (in broken English) that it is in customs and that it may take a bit longer due to the Holiday season. I emailed back 3 weeks later (multiple times) and they will not respond. Please stay away from this company. Save your money, spend a little more with a REPUTABLE company and tell everyone else to stay away. I contacted the BBB as well and have heard nothing back from them. I was charges $154.75 for my items and will probably never see them.
