I was so excited to try monat hair products. I was a bit skeptical bc i searched & read it was more of a pyramid scheme & ppl filing lawsuits against this company ppl complaining about hair loss/sores/breakage/balding but i took my chances & went ahead and ordered it bc vegan & "natural" is what it claimed but when I finally received it just after the first wash I got significant amount of hair breakage all around my head. (i have virgin hair & have never used any harsh chemicals in my hair, my hair is more than 20in long) so for this to happen after one single use! T E R R I B L E! & to claim to be natural & vegan but cause severe hair breakage? Thts just crazy. Never in my life have i been sensitive to hair products so for my hair to just get ruined like that after one single use?! Thats insane! Natural/vegan = harsh chemicals in monats book! My hair is ruined. My breakage is by my roots leaving like an inch of hair left & it sticks straight up i cant even wear my hair down bc of how bad the breakage is. Every time I go out now its always a bun or pony tail. PLS PLS do not take the chance it will ruin ur hair & monat sellers are just going to tell you its not the right product for you & you need another one to try out so pls dont fall for it. They dont care about ur hair breakage/loss they want the money :( but i must say customer service was 10/10 & quickly refunded money no questions asked after returning the products. Save ur money & hair and buy another hair product that is actually natural/vegan & wont ruin ur hair like mine :( hope this review saves someones beautifuul locks bc id hate for this to happen to someone else!
