Ordered a large canvas from them which looked stunning on their site. The print quality is awful. It's as if they have run out of ink and are just passing this one off to make money. Initially they were apologetic but after us sending them photos they simply said that there was no error and we can have a refund for the print but we have to pay for all carriage. Just under £20 to be delivered and god knows what for us to arrange it's return. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Company has the worst customer service ever, will never order from them again. Company is based in colchester not Blackpool. Also operating the same company under www.mohka.co.uk, explosive arts eBay, canvas art eBay. Canvas art print, and infusion art. I ordered an oasis print, you can see backwards writing behind were they have simply photo copied out of a magazine. Told by girl on phone most pics are borrowed from other places and laughed totaly shocked.

Shockingly poor print quality. JPEG compression artefacts, pixelation and poor colour balance were visible from 3 metres away!

Has anybody anywhere had any phone calls returned by these people? I need to contact them but there really is a time when you should just give up! They said they sent me my order. I have not received it. Very very frustrating. Will put it down to experience. A very elaborate scam! Well done mohka, you must be making a fortune off unsuspecting people!

Not got a good impression from them from their poor email response (even though I was looked to spend around £500 with them... and having found this site and the reviews I now know why...

These guys cannot be trusted - AVOID! Despite their website promising to accept returns for a full refund (a statutory right consumers have having bought off the internet) they refuse to do this! Will only offer 60% of cost paid and then refuse to give a return number (which they will not accept without a number) so that you are stuck. Then they do not respond to emails and never answer the phone!

WARNING DO NOT USE MOHKA!

Placed order back in November'08, for which the money taken straight from my account. In still have not received goods and have had numerous failed attempts in contacting this outfit via telephone and email. TRADING STANDARDS are now investigating.

Do not be fooled by web site, use an alternative canvas company. You have been warned!

I ordered a print on 22nd Oct received on 06. 11. 09. The contact with this company is really erratic. After reading other reviews I thought I'd lost my money. Print has arrived eventually and is good. For others who are disappointed my point of contact was *******@googlemail.com or *******@simplycanvasart.co.uk. I sent emails everyday and did receive some replies. Simply Canvas Art is their sister company. I hope this helps.

Ordered item over 1 month ago, still not received item, unable to get through to customer services, no reply to countless emails, spent £100, and really not sure if i will ever receive my goods. Left lots of messages on the voicemail to get in touch and never had my calls returned. Total rip off.

No communication re when our order will arrive, despite 2 e-mails sent to request more information. Order placed 30/09/09, still receved no communication.no telephone number to contact them directly.we continue to worry about the £150 we spent with these people.

Placed an Order for £120 worth of canvases over 2 weeks ago, nothing has been delivered and our enquiry emails have not been answered. I wonder if anyone has had a good experience with this company? I wish I had read these reviews before I placed the order! We are now registering a complaint with Paypal to see if we can get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The website is great and leads you into a false sense of quality. Mohka customer service is non existant and the quality of their products is appalling.
I ordered a print, money was taken frommy account but the print arrived damaged about 3 weeks later. They sent me a replacement which wasn't even printed in the same colours. We were told to send the product back and they would refund the postage and the cost of the print. I'm still waiting. Stick to companies you know and trust. I have a 'Next' print which was half the price and of a far superior quality.

Same as other people received email saying order would be late (it is, over a month late), no one answers phone tried several numbers over 20 times and 3 email addresses, not sure where to go next to get money back.

I orderede a canvas from Mohka, paid almost 150.00 as soon as payment was taken i received an automated email informing me of a delay due to them being so busy! Emailed them informing them purchase was a gift needed for 30/10/09. I am still waiting for my canvas. Have now emailed requesting a delivery date or refund. DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO USE THIS SITE! WEBSITE PROMISES THE WORLD AND DELIVERS NOTHING

Web site is good but is a complete scam. They have taken my money and are impossible to contact.

Not much! We ordered our canvas at the beg of nov, the cheque cleared arond the 19th nov and so far... no canvas! We did recieve an e-mail from them to say it was being produced but no delivery date.It is now 23rd Dec and no more contact has been made.No success over the phone... just an answer machine that promises to get back to you but doesn't!

It I could give 0 stars on this site I would, but the lowest you can give is 1 star which is more than they deserve. I ordered a Banksy print from them for a Christmas present after reading on the site that the deadline for Christmas orders was 17th December, So I ordered by the deadline, I got a bit concerned having received no emails, I tried to ring, no answer, I sent them a message via googlecheckout they didnt reply they just cancelled by order!. Thanks guys so now I have to trek out in the snow and buy a present that I thought I had already bought. Totally useless crappy company.

There are some plus points to this website. It was easy to order and they did actually answer the phone calls and my emails.

But the quality of the canvas are rubbish. They are flimsey and the wood they are on looks as though it is about to break. When the canvases did arrive. They looked liked a child had painted the picture on it. The images were not sharpe and the photograph looked out of focus.

I rang up to complain and was told that i would have to foot the bill to return it. It cost me nearly £40 to return it. I did return it but only to get some money back at least.

In short do not buy from MOHKA their canvases are of poor quality and the returns policy costs you nearly as much as buying the things in the process.

Like so many previous reviewers I wish I'd found this review site before I placed my order! Ordered & paid via paypal on 02 December. Was unable to get any contact with them. Left messages on the unanswered sales & customer service numbers but no one returned my calls. No one answered my email enquiries either. So I decided they must have gone out of business & so opened a dispute with paypal last evening. Low & behold Mohka finally emailed me tonight & said...? Yep you got it they are so busy with orders that they hven't had time to contact me but to be re-assured all deliveries will be made in time for Christmas! Which is no use to me because I need the canvas by next Wednesday. I assume the few reveiews left by happy customers were for orders placed when the company had time to deal with them. Steer clear of this company unless you have money to throw away.

Wish had read this site before ordering. For all you who have ordered and are having problems. Don't mess about and try to be reasonable. Don't contact the company and waste your time. Go straight to pay pal and log a dispute. Ive been waiting sonce 1st o dec for my order. Tried over and over again to get through to company nothing. Registered pay pal dispute and they have apparently it has been shipped out. Don't get me wrong worried will be sub standard but pay pal have made something happen.
If reading thiss before ordering then DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

Completely rubish, never NEVER USE THIS SITE. I ordered a picture a few days before christmas. It told me it would be 24 hour delivery and i paid for it. Then told me it wouldnt arrive before xmas, then no information. They do not answer their telephones or emails and it is impossible to contact them. I have heard from people who paid money and never got their goods. I everntually found an email from their sister site, simply canvas. They were a little helpful at most. Eventually after countless emails, they sent me an email with a dhl code, that was the wrong code for someone else.

I finally recieved the correct code and i am hoping it will finally arrive today, over a month after ordering it on 24 hour delivery. They will not refund or accept any complaint. WORST WEBSITE I HAVE EVER USED, COMPLETELY FURIOUS.

Ordered 10 days ago, not been dispatched, and no responds to my emails. Very upset with these people, just wish I knew of this site before I placed my order!
