A pair of swim shorts ordered separately from the 3x swim dresses I bought did not show up in the original order. When I brought this to Modlily's attention on the chat-line... Anusha (Customer Service Rep) was super quick to respond & has said it would be shipped out... no questions asked.

I purchased a XXL Bathing suit top in June 2022. It was way too big. So I returned it in June. The CS rep helped with the label, and said there would be no charge. I mistook it for meaning no charge for an exchange for a size Large as well.
I finally contacted Modlily in August by e mail, regarding my exchange. "May" answered each correspondence within 24hours. I greatly appreciated her diligence to get this issue resolved. I received my bathing suit top yesterday. I really like it.

This outfit fits perfect. It looks stunning and the quality is very good. I received it much faster than expected. The fit is true to size however I do need to hem the chiffon which I was expecting by the previous reviews (I'm 5'5). I also am wearing a small heel. The color is gorgeous. Love this outfit.

I have purchased dresses and bathing suits from ModLily for the past 4 years. The quality has always great, true to size for US women, and the clothing has always been the same as represented in the photos. I have had to return a few items and have not had an issue with that either. Every time I wear a ModLily item I get compliments. I especially love how they design bathing suits for real women of all sizes!

I'd seen pictures of clothing from ModLily for awhile on my Facebook page, finally decided to place an order. I ordered 3 tops: a white blouse, a Christmas fun print and a layered-look cowl neck tunic. I received my shipment in 2 packages within 10 days. After trying on the tops, 1 didn't appeal to me, and I chose to return it for credit. The return process was simple, quick, and I've already been credited toward another purchase. I don't usually order clothing online, but ModLily is a great company for customer service.

I received all items very quickly and all items were in new condition upon receipt. I love that the sizes offered are true to my size, not having to go up or down accordingly. I made an inquiry to customer service and it was taken care of within 24 hours! I will continue purchasing items from this company. They have quality clothes with good prices.

I ordered 6 tankini tops, 2 came with shorts that were way to short for me, (have stuff in my cart still too I'm addicted to your stuff.) would it be possible to offer different lengths when ordering a tankini set, I'm a medium, but wear 8" shorts because of varicose vein's I don't want people to have look at. I've noticed a few pairs of shorts say how long but most don't, I have my shorts to match the tops I bought from you so I can wear them, but I would've picked out more but those shorts are too short for me, I'm 5'3", 140 pounds medium fits me perfectly on top.
They're very heavy good quality material too which is nice knowing they'll last. Sunshine was very helpful too, the pictures are to show how short the shorts are, wish you could pick your own lengths is the only downside to this site, the longer shorts in this picture are from $#*!s sporting goods, the other cyan colored ones are from your site, I would love to purchase them from you because I need a navy blue pair as well. Please don't log this as a complaint, I am VERY satisfied with everything I've received to date. This is just an idea to help us older ladies cover our thighs a little bit more,

I fall into ad traps frequently. I've ordered several products from other sellers that simply never arrived. Modlilly is the real deal. My order of six tops arrived in less than four weeks, the quality is outstanding, and initiating a refund/exchange for couple items has been quick and painless. One sweater just didn't look right on me. Two tops I ordered ran a bit larger than the other tops of the same size. So I'll be exchanging them for one size down.
Very happy with my order, products, and service. Will order again for sure.

Modlily has an excellent selection or fashionable women's swimwear. Their selection is the best I have seen from most retailers. The products are well made and the fit is a little on the large side. The customer service is excellent however it is mostly done through email. The product I ordered was not available in the size selected so I had to wait a a couple weeks longer to receive the product.

The customer service was through email only however it was timely and the issues were quickly resolved.

Due to computer glitches I was charged 4 times for an order. It was taken care of expeditiously and professionally. Thank you!

I ordered 2 bathing suits this time & necklace & ankle bracelet. Same as last year... My 2 suits are Absolutely Fabulous! Look EXACTLY like photos & shows they are of excellent quality! I am so very happy & pleased with my purchases. They fit perfectly too. I really do love this site! Would highly recommend as well! Also, things arrived within 2 weeks which is also Fabulous! I was very skeptical about placing an order for the 1st time. Matter of fact it took me a few months to decide whether or not I wanted to order online from a company I had never heard of. I did finally place an order and to my pleasant surprise, when the order came in I was very pleased with the quality of the clothing. So I placed another order thinking well hopefully it wasn't a one time deal of getting decent clothes online. And again I was so pleased with the dresses I ordered. So needless to say I'm a fan. Just placed another order with them and I'm sure it won't be my last. Thank you Modlily for all you do.

Have been looking at the site some a long time debating whether to buy some swimmers for a cruise as I don't like tight fitting ones with high cut legs, too old for that now being 65 and wanted to cover the tummy. So, I bit the bullet so to speak and bought two pairs of swimmers (tank tops with shorts) and they fit perfect couldn't be happier and they look so great on (will take a photo and put it on the site soon). Have also since bought a few tops which look great and fit perfectly.

Thrilled with my recent purchases. They took about 3 weeks to come but I expected that. The tops I bought were good quality, a good fit and good value for money.

I received emails on a regular basis to ensure my package had arrived. There was some mis information on part of usps updates, but everything was delivered by original expected date

Was very easy to order from. I was pleased with ease of checkout and delivery of tops. The tops are pretty true to size. - Maybe slightly smaller. The sweater tops fit great. The regular tops are almost snug but still fits. I think next time I might order a size larger as I do like my tops on the very loose side. Color and styles are awesome.
