I have purchase twice from ModeS because my wife enjoys Gatcha Balls, erasers and Sanrio product. The whole process is great from shopping on the website that is easy to the shipping process. The package come with in one to two weeks which is great considering it is international. I will continue to purchase from this store and have told my wife who is getting ready to place an order soon. Thank you for being in business.

I placed an order on May 19,2020 and, as of September 1, I still haven't received it. I've asked repeatedly for a refund and they refuse. They keep saying it's on the way. In an email they said,"We ship from Hong Kong, therefore, it takes at the moment due to COVID-19 between 4-8 weeks to arrive. Please be patient." This is ridiculous! It's been a lot longer than 8 weeks. Do not trust this site! If you must buy from them, go through their Etsy store. You have a better chance of getting your money back if you go through Etsy.

Great products at great prices but customer service is poor in my opinion. Staff take a long time to reply to emails and no apology for mistakes or delays. Need to improve communication and be more customer focused.

Though we inform our customer sin advance of these events. We also do apologize for mistakes, if such occur and if we are responsible for them of course.
