I give this 1 star because Margie at the company was very nice,
The drivers showed up at the end of their window which was fine but the problem started when the young boy Tyler came to ther door and proceeded to measure off my piano with his feet, he was very young and didnt look strong enough but I moved forward,
Tyler went back to the truck and I waited ab about five minutes and then I went back out to see what was going on, Tyler was in the back of his truck by himself collecting blankets I asked him what are you doing? He said I'm collecting blankets, I said boy that looks like a lot of blankets. He said we take 17 blankets to wrap the piano, I was very skeptical as the truck was super small not really a truck with no wheels and I thought the suspension would not be great but I continued forward.

I asked him where his partner was he said he was in the front of the truck filling out paperwork, so I walked around the side of the truck. It was dark outside, and I looked in the window and saw him playing on his phone slot machines games. I waited a few seconds because I needed to clearly understand is that actually what he was doing or was he taking a break in between filling out his paperwork but as I stood there for a few more seconds, I realize he was literally just sitting there playing on his phone.

I've been tapped on the window and I said excuse me, what are you doing and he said I'm filling out my paperwork. Why are you asking? It's none of your business what I'm doing. I said excuse me, but he's back there by himself. I'm standing outside in the cold. I've been waiting all day, and he continued to be aggressive with me and said don't tell me how to do my business. I know what I'm doing. I said yeah you're on your phone playing a slot machine game well he's back there by himself and I'm standing outside here in the cold, he open the door, but very aggressive and said you obviously don't know how this work is done and you obviously don't want your piano moved tonight. I said what? Are you kidding me he's back to myself while you're in the front of your car playing games and I'm standing outside alone. Aggressive again in tone and manner he walked around the back of the truck and told Tyler come on Tyler pack it up this. This guy obviously doesn't want his piano moved tonight. We're out of here.

I should've called the police as this was his tone of aggression.

I took this a month ago mid February to time it on my move across country so this company really did a bad job of hiring a secondary company to do there a small move in Los Angeles. Why they use this pick up truck with an attachment behind to tell these pianos is beyond my comprehension. Why they use this pick up truck with an attachment behind to carry these pianos is beyond my comprehension.

They are aware of the fact that I have a 6 foot Steinway grand that I was trying to be very careful with. I would no sooner have left my piano in the hands of these gentlemen then I would my child I highly recommend that you do your research before you hire this company.
