amazing. have ordered several eames chair and loungers from this company for clients and will continue to do so. great customer service and in the one instance there was an issue with something chipped in transit, David took great care of me and we fixed the problem.
BEWARE! Appears to be operating several websites listing Vancouver BC as its business location. Most feedback is ancient and their Facebook Page hasn't been updated in many months. They also list numerous items as being in stock that I know haven't been available in a year. There is no way to logon to your account or check order status on their web page. The 800 number reaches the same recording for every option.

I ordered the Barcelona chair from this website and it's nothing like the images. The frame is not stainless steel and leather looks like it's fake. The dimensions are totally off. The chair looks weird and not like the images. I must return this!
It's been 16 days since I placed my order (#1996) and have not had shipping status confirmation, only an excuse of a "confusion" in the "ordering process" when I called for follow up.
Your site says it accepts AMEX but it wouldn't process my AMEX card so I had to use my VISA that has a higher conversion rate. There was absolutely no issue with my AMEX as I called and confirmed it with the credit card company - I am not impressed that the chair cost me even more than it should have.
