David was super helpful. It's a bit frustrating that when you click for different things, like "walnut" vs "rosewood" base, the chair doesn't change to match. Or like the the LC4 lounge chair, it only has the black leather option. I would like to see the "cowhide" option before purchase.

I love the products and the website is easy to navigate. However, I requested leather and fabric samples that I never received and left 3 messages for someone to contact me and haven't received a return call.

I am a repeat customer and am pleased with all the items I have purchased from modern source. They even arranged to have my Corbusier L-6 dining room table taken to the body shop next door and perfectly re-sprayed in BMW titanium silver. Excellent customer service.

Easy experience and appears to be good quality from photos. Do not ship to arrive before Oct.13, 2018 please.

So far so good. I'll wait to see the actual product before rendering a final verdict but website is super easy to use and price point can't be beat!... Now that it's arrived, it's ok. The finish isn't perfect on the seat back which doesn't look great but otherwise it's good.

I thought the item was made in Canada, but the couch was made in China and therefore it took 3 months to get the couch. Happy with the purchase.

Only complaint so far is non response to email asking if Le Klint pendant light was in stock. I have a time restraint. Hopefully it's in stock and will be shipped to me very soon.

So far so good. I will be able to evaluate the experience better after delivery. The lamp was delivered 2 days later on Nov. 20th. I raised an issue, with receipt of the benefit of a discount, which was adjusted amicably via email. I am very satisfied with the product, the price and the interaction with customer service. Thank you.

Appears to be operating several websites listing Vancouver BC as its business location.

Most feedback is ancient and their Facebook Page hasn't been updated in many months.

They also list numerous items as being in stock that I know haven't been available in a year.

There is no way to logon to your account or check order status on their web page.

The 800 number reaches the same recording for every option.

Quick and easy checkout. The chair looked like the arms were made of polished aluminum, but they're chrome plated steel.

The items we've received this far (2/3) have been beautiful and well made-- as shown. They have also been very carefully/securely packaged and delivered within a reasonable time frame. However, the final item (chair and ottoman) are still MIA, with no clue as to when they will be dlivered... Frustrating to have ordered before Christmas, and still they are "sitting in a crate somewhere, waiting to be released/processed" at the end of February! .... Yes, based on the otherwise good experiences & product, I will continue to shop with and recommend this business to others. Great selection, good range of prices and types of items, and beautiful quality thus far...

Some selections lack colored pictures... for example, Seafoam is not pictured for the item I bought... but was for other similar variants of the product.

Love the website and the product selections. I had some questions so decided to call the company at that moment (which happened to be 9 PM) I couldn't believe when someone answered! He was super informative and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Loving this company so far! Can't wait to get my Tulip table!

I was really unhappy to find out at the checkout that your pricing is in USD. You are shipping from Vancouver to a Canadian customer. This pricing was very misleading.

They are very slow to respond and when they finally respond the goods are discontinued.
Not a serious company, stay away from them.

Great experience so far, except that had I not called and poked around on the Facebook site, I would have been charged50 for shipping.

After speaking with a service representative on the phone, I felt glad to go ahead and make this purchase. Really, it was the human contact that made the difference.

It is a very nice chair: I enjoy looking at it as much as sitting on it! There were three main criteria for this chair: color, wood type, and leg finish. I even called to confirm availability and to verbally confirm my concerns. Color was correct (white) , wood finish was correct (walnut) , leg finish was incorrect (ordered brushed aluminum - Black was sent) . Even the box was labeled White - walnut - Black.

So, I don't know what else I could have done as I even noted the leg finish in the note box as instructed by the contact person. Beware, either instructions were not followed OR they never had it in the first place. ?

i love your site. however individual color swatches should be named. i believe the lower right on the Boston chair was grey brick, but am not 100% certain. also the Boston chair is $990 on two other sites but i trust your site. please confirm color. m
