I only recently learned of your site and took advantage of it for Christmas. I ordered a good deal of my Christmas gifts from you and was delighted with the service, quality of items, and prices! I am looking forward to my net order.

Ordered several pieces of jewelry. Nice quality to most items except one. Company responded extremely quick to my complaint and offered more than one option for replacement. I received the crossbody purse. I am very pleased. I purchased the standard size. I like how many zippered pockets it has. On front and back. And one of the pockets has several card holders.

I discovered MobStub one day while I was on Facebook. I look forward to receiving emails from them. I have bought lots of items from here. I mean hundreds of dollars. I have found that MobStub carries top notch items. I have recommended this web site to many of my friends and also to strangers. I truly can't say enough how I am so glad that one morning I decided to check out an ad.

I received the wrong color bed sheets set. I contact customer service to find out how I can return the item that I have on hand and exchange the right color. To my surprise, the customer service representative by the name of Lilly replied via email offering me a store credit and I get to keep the product that I have received by error. I'm very ecstatic by the awesome customer service received. Lilly was very quick in responding to my email correspondences.

I have used Mobstub several times with no problems and always been quite happy with my purchases. Recently an order was sent out, mostly right, but two of the items were the wrong size. Unable to get ahold of the vendor I contacted customer service, relayed my problem and waited. The very next day I was contacted and through a few very pleasant e-mails my new merchandise is now on its way, in the correct sizes. I was very pleased with the response time, no hassle and very nice attitude of the customer service member. I would highly recommend Mobstub!

My shopping was a great experience. Hard to please grandkids but managed to find something appropriate for every, oh, and a few things for me too! Set some time away to do your shopping... there are many things to discover. Communication from MobStub very good. Products as shown, very satisfied with purchases and will continue to shop this website.

My order did not work when I received it. MoStubs replied immediately to my email and sent out a replacement which did work.

I ordered an inspirational bracelet and had it shipped to my daughter in another state. She never did receive the bracelet. Maybe it was put in the incorrect mail box or one of her roommates had sticky fingers - who am I to speculate. Bottom line is that mobstub sent a replacement free of charge! First time I ordered from mobstub - definitely NOT the last! Excellent customer service

I purchased 2 Bluetooth shower speakers for Christmas. Unfortunately, both were defective. One lasted 2 days, and the other worked for 1 week. Lilly, from Mob Stub, responded immediately, and shipped 2 new speakers to me, that day! I wasn't even required to return the original speakers. I highly recommend this company! Outstanding customer service! Thank you!

I ordered an 18K Sterling Silver Ring from mobstub and within a day of wearing the item, a couple of the tiny cz stones had fallen out under minimal wearing/stress. I reported the incident to mobstub and sent pictures into the company for review. Upon receiving them, they apologized for the issue and issued me a NEW RING/replacement. I was so thankful!

I was desperate to grab the deal offered for 1800 thread count Egyptian sheet sets. It came with deep fitted sheet, flat sheet and four pillow cases for $29! I had ordered from this company before, but for some reason it wouldn't accept my account info, and would not let me register as a new customer. I emailed customer service, and within about 10 minutes "Hanna" emailed me back, reset my password, and helped me through the process. She even watched to make sure my order actually went through. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received, and I feel so comfortable with them. Six stars Mob Stub!

I have been purchasing sheets and blankets from mobstub for a few years and they are the best. I not only get them at a low price but they are the softest and most comfortable ones I have ever owned. I have bought many sets of sheets as well as their wonderful comforter and have never been disappointed.

I ordered 2 bracelets but when the package arrived it contained only one bracelet. I emailed customer service and they couldn't have been nicer. I was very impressed with this company's prompt response to my complaint. In the meantime the second bracelet arrived. I immediately notified the customer service representative. I decided to and did place another order. The jewelry is lovely and the prices quite reasonable. I highly recommend this company..

Being a new customer, I wasn't sure how things worked. So when I missed an opportunity to have some percentage more off my 2nd order, I contacted Customer Service. A MobStub representative replied quickly and adjusted my statement.
I will purchase more items and certainly spread the word to friends!

You receive an order confirmation, a security email, and a shipping confirmation. This is one of the most efficient sites I've ever used.
