I received the crossbody purse. I am very pleased. I purchased the standard size. I like how many zippered pockets it has. On front and back. And one of the pockets has several card holders.

I bought a cross body bag from MobStub about a month and a half ago. I already own the exact same one in a different colour and have had it for years. I bought the larger one and didn't use it, as I was saving it for a special trip to England. I took the bag with me (the only bag I took with me) and the largest pocket (where I kept our passports and all's zipper broke. I wrote a very nice email to Mobstub explaining the circumstances and they send me back their standard "we can only accept returns for 30 days." Now every instance has a way to be handled correctly. I do shop on MobStub, so this wasn't a one shot deal. The zipper was obviously defective and they would not, I mean would not, work with me! I'm very disappointed and will tell my friends and family. Too bad I work in show-business!

I recently ordered a 3 pack of bras, which when received, were entirely too small, even though i ordered according to their size chart. After requesting an RA, I was informed it's one of the items that couldn't be returned because the package was opened. It's not like I'm trying to return under panties. So much for their easy return policy.

It's impossible to reach them. I tried calling but they don't answer their phone and the email address I have is incorrect.

I received my canvas bag on 9/8/22. There was a broken snap when I received the bag and then the next day, the shoulder strap broke. I have sent two messages with no response so I consider this very poor customer service. I love the bag and all I wanted was a replacement!

Ordered 2,10 pack of makeup brushes on May 2. It's May 27 still have not received. Your ad says 5 to 7 days. Never will I ordered from this company again.

I ordered the black and a dark brown genuine leather three zipper bag. I'm not sure all the trim is leather but it's possible the bags are. Though they have a very moldy and plasticky smell. The plastic smell could be finish. I received them but there is a large pouch that sticks out in the front. The colors were not good. The black was not rich and the brown was medium, not dark brown. It was very unattractive. All of the details were large and rough. The Plus size pouch had more room and the interior space was impressive (10" length to hold a large 9" wallet and a host of other items) but was still more unattractive. Boxy, rectangular shape. I ordered a 2 zip more rounded crossbody from them, thinking it was more attractive. Again the shipping was very quick but they sent the wrong color, so I can't use it at all with anything in my wardrobe. They were supposed to send a Sand color, and I got metallic spray gold. I've heard many complaints of people not getting refunds from them so I don't think I will try to return it. I'm not being mean spirited when I say this but I plan to donate it to a charity for homeless streetwalkers, since I would have appreciated it when I was on the street, and only then. They sell things like this for $5 on WalMart clearance every day, It was not even real leather and it cost $35, much more than the other $17 bags that turned into $20 bags in my cart. It's not true that the special offer price does not time out. It does not expire. However, it does time out and they charge you a higher price once the clock ends. So if you haven't decided on which color you want once the clock stops what you have to do is go back to the original listing for the item and click on it again and the clock will start over. When I tried to check out with the $17 special. The cart did charge me $20 after the timer ran out. Very scammy. I would never order anything from them again.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t order if the timer has timed out. It will charge you more than the special price. But click back on the item again and the timer will start over, as the deal never actually expires. I really wouldn’t recommend ordering from this site though, since I did not get purses with the appearance or color advertised.

Products used:
I used the real leather purses in the correct color I ordered, but plan to donate the plastic purse that was sent to me in metallic spray gold instead of off white. Speed of shipping was the only positive thing about this experience. At least I wasn’t completely without a purse. I guess.

Does anyone know what AVS Rejected means when checking out this pops up in red. So I can't place a order. Plus there's no phone number to call and says no refunds or exchanges so I'm a little Leary about ordering

I recently purchased a "down alternative" comforter and sheets from MobStub. There are no customer reviews of their products or I would have written about each product. The prices were really good, but buyer beware, these two items were really of poor quality. I will not shop with Mob Stub again, The two star is generous, but credits them for sending my order in a reasonable timeframe.

I ordered adult masks and kids mask. After waiting I finally received part of my order. I'm not sure if the masks I received are the kids or adults. If they're adult they are way to small. If they are the kids then they aren't the ones I ordered... no fun designs! Nobody will respond to my emails. My suggestion... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered the solar phone charger. The product quality seemed questionable, it came in a box with no actual brand name and no instructions. I both Facebook-messaged them and emailed and got no response. I'm still trying to figure out if the charger works or not. It does not appear to, but it could be that I'm not operating it correctly. That's why products usually come with instructions.

And I rarely fall for anything. Haven't received the purse yet, but pretty certain it will be too small. Luckily, I have a friend with a small daughter I can send it to - IF it ever arrives. Note to self - spur of the moment decisions don't turn out well for you.

I ordered a Queen size of sheets that were described as:
1000 count, 100% cotton.
What I got was very thin, definitely NOT cotton but felt like polyester and there were dozens of loose threads along the hem lines. These were cheap, poor quality sheets and they weren't honest about the fabric. Be careful ordering from this company!
So far, they've only offered me a "partial refund". I'm going to fight this!

I ordered some really nice Egyptian sheets online from MobStub but accidently ordered the wrong size (king instead of queen)... I really thought I had ordered to correct size but when the ordered was confirmed it said King size. I contacted them via email within 10 minutes of my original order to no avail. After sending 3 emails to them to ask how this can be rectified, I finally received an email response saying I could mail the sheets back to them at my expense and they would allow a refund of what I paid. I asked if they had a method of correcting orders before processing and they said they do not. So I said they should pay for the refund, but they said they would not. So I am keeping the sheets for a potential gift but promised I would write a poor review of their company's process. So here it is. BTW There is no phone number to contact so I couldn't contact them that way. BEWARE.

I was very unhappy with the crossbody purses I bought. The picture showed a pair of sun glasses and a cell phone in the two front pockets. When I received the product there was not enough room for a pair of sun glasses or a cell phone, it was so small that I couldn't even fit a wallet in the purse very dissatisfied with products. Was told they can't return them. Just be careful when you buy from them. They do not return products. I will not buy from them again

I've been trying to return a purse I purchased. Not what I expected. I still haven't found a way to do that!
It's not straight forward.

Crossbody bag is so tiny. Cant fit a wallet in it. Not at all what I was expecting. Also it stinks. Not worth the $20!

My first transaction with them was very satisfactory. I received the item I ordered in less than week, so I was very happy. The other day I ordered something, and this morning I got an email: "I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience.

We are unable to ship the 10 Pack: Women's Ribbed 100% Cotton Tank Tops you purchased to Hawaii.

You have been issued a full refund for your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show in your account."

I asked why and the response was: "I am very sorry, however some of our items we are unable to ship to Hawaii."

I replied: "That doesn't sufficiently answer my question. Why not? We are part of the U.S. USPS ships here with no problems!" An am awaiting their reply. Very disappointed!

I was on the site placing an order, when up came a pop up offering 15%discount if I keep shopping. So I ordered a small item additional. The site split my order into two orders, the 15%came off the small item and not the larger ones. I was charged shipping for two orders, not one. And, today... I get yet an additional duplicate order-that I had not placed. Trying to communicate with Customer Relations takes days to get a response, never the same person twice, and only by email. They do not seem to read the complaint issue as they respond with off the wall answers. The quality of the items is fine. The process seems to be problem.

Ordered the cross body bag. The picture of the bad is deceptive in size. Bag is much smaller than it appears. Disappointed. Will not buy again

I ordered the 6fot apple certificated 8 pin. It came box as if the Correct size. But it was only 2 foot
I can't seem to get a response for the correct item
Very disappointed, since I needed the longer cable to reach while sitting with my kid for chemo

Contacted Mobstub regarding receipt of drapes in wrong color and was told I am responsible for return shipping. This was their error and yet I'm being penalized. This is wrong. I was originally planning on purchasing several more things but have changed my mind due to this experience.

I've ordered from Mobstub twice. The first time was a set of professional makeup brushes for $22.99, with an original price of $175. Seemed like a great deal, so I quickly bought it on an impulse. The brushes are pretty to look at but the bristles fall out every time I use them, not very good quality. Definitely not worth the supposed original price. It seemed like a groupon-type website with limited time deals, but 6 months later they're still selling that same set of makeup brushes.

My second purchase was a boho-chic vintage inspired handmade watch for $10, originally $25. It's cute, but still wasn't as great of a deal as they make it out to be.

I've considered ordering more from them but nothing really seems to be a steal, just average, I could very likely easily find the same items cheaper elsewhere, at better quality.

Received July 9. On August 25th strap pulled out of side and purse fell to the ground. Contacted Mobstub. Too bad for me, 30 day warranty.

I purchased a travel purse from mobstub for a trip in December. It is so rare that you can't return something I did not check their "no return" policy. The purse arrived and it was very unattractive, had a wide cloth strap that was connected to the purse in such a way that it twisted all the time. I purchases another purse for the same price at a local store that is similar in style but much more attractive and user friendly. To say they can't accept returns because their prices are so good is not valid. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
