I purchased MLB to watch baseball games and not watch player or manager interviews. If I wanted to watch interviews I would go to the appropriate sportscast to do so. It is very annoying and aggravating. If announcers can't keep up with a game, then change announcers. This is a crap policy. Watching Atlanta game and have had three interviews in just the 3 and 4 innings And another 3 more thru the 7th. Redundant crap. What think of team, etc, etc. Sick of watching these interviews. Mom loves baseball and watching games live on tv. We're in the Mtn. Time Zone and game start times don't match up with MLB.com's schedule. Call customer service and took 20 minutes just to locate our account, only to be told they can't seem to find the problem and I need to contact my streaming provider. Next day, the schedule timing is way off, so we give up and decide to sign up for cable + sports package. Yup, went backwards and instead of cutting the cable. Thanks mlb.com - you really bite. What a terrible service.
MLB.TV has always been glitchy but doable. Since the ASG of 2023, matters have taken a downturn. I can no longer view condensed games or recaps on my Android TV and customer service has yet to respond, nor have I seen any online comments about it. I'm holding out hope that complaints like mine will light a fire under them to do the right thing.
Sick and tired of net getting the Red Sox announcers on the MLB.COM, very annoying listening to the opponents local ads, etc noise, when can I expect to get the Red Sox announcers, very soon or I'm cancelling the subscription.
Yes I'm pissed off
Since I paid for a full year of MLB TV my favorite team is the Yankees. Why can't I get peacock for free for that game and Prime video for free for that game. I am certainly not going to take out peacock for $5 a month and I don't like Amazon and Prime video. I am entitled to all games that I paid for.
I bought a T-shirt from you. I bought a small T-shirt. They changed it for me. I'm glad I was able to get the t-shirt I wanted. I spent a lot of time on it.
MLB.com coverage weighs heavily to teams on the coasts, especially the East Coast. Why not just admit you cover where the money is? I'm a Rockies fan (born and raised on East Coast so I know BB) and they've made the playoffs two years in a row -- better than Mets, Orioles, Rays, Marlins, Giants, Angels, Phillies, Braves... but no coverage of mid-continent teams other than beloved Cubbies. Why would Pirates get better coverage than Colorado? Rox have best young starting staff by far... Freeland went 7 on 2 hits and 1 run opening day. 17-7 with 2.83 ERA last season. Any mention of that? Why no, because the Yankees and Red Sox also play in MLB. Do your job, cover the entire league. Or admit your fiscal bias toward the big cities.
The best source to check the latest news and stats. Use it all the time to follow the schedule and buy tickets. It would be great if they made an all-in-one app.
I look at this site more for video clips, stats, standings, and scores for baseball. I haven't used it for buying tickets. I don't know if they are reputable for actual purchases.
Coverage includes audio and video clips, interviews, statistics, schedules and exclusive stories.
