Customer service has been great since the beginning. I eventually had a concern and they addressed and have attempted to fix the issue. I'll post back if the fix does not work well…
I originally posted a very negative review, but after expressing my anxiety and skeptic driven mind all over this review site, he did refunded me.
I didnt even give it 24 hours, but honestly, had i not spent my last dollar i alotted for toys, the transaction may have went different.
I apologize for my impatience
In retrospect i didnt give it a chance timing wise.
I was mean and accusing, and he still sent me a refund... In spite of my mouth.
So that speaks volumes...
Because scammers don't send refunds, especially through bitcoin.

Let me explain the situation to make everything clear
First of all, we received your payment yesterday, 12 hours ago. We answered you immediately, but to create tracking number and ship your order with the shipping method you've chosen it takes some time.
1. We received the payment in the evening, 20:00 GMT+2 - European time, when our warehouse is closed, all our staff who are engaged in shipments are already at home at this time.
2. Shipping providers also don't work at this time.
3. In order to create your label and to ship your order out we had to wait until tomorrow (today, 18 Aug)
4. We reached you right after we have received the payment and notified you when to expect the tracking number
You just left 6 messages demanding to receive your tracking in 3 hours after placing an order, which was just impossible.
Regarding fake reviews: you can look at our reviews rating, all our reviews are verified
And most of them mention customer service, as we care about every single order and have never had any unfulfilled
About refund, as I told you before, please provide us your BTC address and we are going to send your money right away. We would have it done already, if we only had your wallet, instead of all this negativity.
We never take money, not fulfilling paid order. You either receive your order or we refund money. You just haven't given us time.

Scam don't order from this site try California muscles! 'B!
I couldn't be more satisfied with my experiences with Andrew and his crew. There have been a few circumstances where the courier has either lost the package or the package been stuck (At no fault of anyone but Fedex) and Andrew has always made it right. He has checked in with me which has made the experience even more personal. It feels like I'm talking to a friend everytime. The product is real I'm not sure what Jacob is talking in his review. I'm using the same Test C from ZPHC that he is claiming is not real. In the blood work shown in this post is a month of 400 mg a week of the same Test C Jacob is claiming that is not real. I wasn't managing my estrogen very well at that time but the testosterone and free test levels should speak for themselves. Thank you Andrew for everything!
Unfortunately, I am going to have to leave a bad review for this company. I bought 3 bottles of ZPHC Testosterone C. The customer service was great until I got a hold of Andrew to let him know my dissatisfaction with the product. Then he came up with all kinds of excuses (lab reports, reviews, authentication codes). All of these can be falsified and untrue. I should have known better, but tried it anyway.
I use 20mg of testosterone cypionate once a day shallow IM with an insulin needle into my thighs. I have been using another company's product with great results. After using the product that I bought from Andrew, I noticed that I was turning muscle into fat, low energy, low libido, and an all around sense that the product was not working. After using my old product for 2 days, I felt great again and my fat was going bye bye.
I asked Andrew to make it right, but all he did was make excuses. Please do not buy these products. They don't work

I'll keep it short although I could write volumes. First, I'm a skeptic to the fullest. Had many bad and fraudulent encounters with many companies. This is not one of them. Have ordered 2 different products and am pleased 100% with my experience with Andrew. Am also 100% certain of the products that I've obtained and further on that note, I would take Andrew's word on any others I may order in the future. I emailed with questions and concerns and never waited more than a day for response. And was always satisfied by the answers and explanations. Will continue with this company until me or they give out cause it's so hard to trust ppl these days and find real gear and now I've found both those things.
