We were able to cool our pool 12° in two nights. We ran the pool like normal during the day then ran the pool with these at night. I was amazed. 94° to 82°. My wife said it was to cold and got out. Lol. It's been 100°-102° air temp all week. I run two at a time and have the third as a back up.

WORST COMPANY EVER. They do stand behind their products. One of their products malfunctioned and broke and a stream of high pressure water flooded my condo and the next door condo and caused THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF DAMAGE. They said they were not responsible. Also they had the nerve to charge me $20 for an 8' piece of 1/4 tubing after I asked for it free. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Buyer beware of this company

I purchased the mid-pressure misting system on Amazon and realized that the 6-ft 3/8 tube isn't long enough. So I'm getting more parts since I don't see them directly on Amazon. Shopping was easy on website but hoping shipping is fast due to living in Dallas area and I am installing this for a party on Saturday (6/27). Wish you had the option to purchase parts on Amazon for fast free delivery.

Problem with listing. One shows 10 piece package (20 parts) for $30 and another shows 30 piece package (40 parts) for $70 but when I ordered 2 10 piece packages it came up about $48 each and whe I went back had extreme difficulty removing the first and adding the second package with total cost slightly less than the boggeled original attempt.

The lady on the phone, was extremely helpful! I needed these eight high pressure 90° elbow' s added to an overnight shipment. And she was able to make it happen! Great job

Good experience. called in and got information I needed within a few minutes and then placed order.

I never send out negative reviews, but my system was very expensive.
1) I wanted to extend my tubing and I found out that you have to buy the tubing from them. You can't go to Home Depot or anywhere for this tubing.
2). Two weeks in and 4 out of 10 nozzles stopped working.
The ones that work are great and I would suggest buying a high power mister, just not the one that they make.

having a 2 year old pump that was used maybe 15 times, I am only here because the system does not work without it well

When I received my misters, there were a number of them that did not work. I followed the recommended process and still had some issues with about 1/3 of the misters. I contacted support and they sent me replacement misters right away.

I can't recommend your site or say that I will buy from you again UNTIL after I see how you actually perform. This is my first order.

First I get an answering machine, then I'm told to leave a message. Some people work. Second when I called back, yes I was given the part numbers and told to order myself. This way you can get the discount, then I can't apply the discount. Very bad way to do business.
