It was all out in plain view. I never connected the dots. How could I? I was holding the On Sale flyer.
I started with him in spring 2020, when masks were mandatory. I went up three flights in this Greenwich, Ct building. I entered a warren of plain-white rooms. (felt like a CIA black-ops site used for interrogation). Nothing on the walls, floors or ceilings. No furniture normally seen in a medical office.
There were eight white plastic folding chairs (from Home Depot).
I came in holding the discount flyer everyone else was taken by.
I was called into a room where he was, along with three girls/women that were his 'staff'.
Here we were in April 2020 and I was the only person with a mask on- and they (them- the four of them) mask-less. There was no vaccine at that point.
He asked me how much I wanted to spend. He did not ask what result I wanted to achieve.
I gave him a figure, I said $1200. His face drooped. He said " please! Give me something to work with!"
I raised it to $1500.
He then started using a variety of needles that had no description and no product name. I saw no evidence of what I was 'getting'. I was still paralyzed about the lack of masks.
First: there was no initial Novacaine or Lidocaine as a pain blocker (such application is standard)
With each needle finished he threw them on the floor. I looked down, there was a scattered cluster of used syringes. (hmmm, there is the 1996 Sharps Act, a federal law requiring proper and instant disposal of needles). There was also an array of bloody tissues and cotton balls on the floor as well.
When he as done, I asked for the ordinary and customary ice patch or disc. He said " I don't do ice"
My face was black and blue for the next ten days.
I went back to the Greenwich location two months later. And then the White Plains location three times. White Plains is also a sketchy upper floor CIA back-ops site, all white, no furniture, no desk, no phone.
And the same sad cluster of girls that follow him all around. No masks. Ever.
Same result, same effect, same health violations. But I was chasing a Deal and a Sale (that actually WASN'T).
Never a mask.
Never a needle storage bin
Never ice
Never, 'let me take a look at how it looks'.
Only: " give me something to work with, how about $1800"?
None of the fillers lasted like a a REAL place. One that uses Lidocaine, one that puts used needles and bloody cotton balls in a proper container, one that demands you take the ice disc and apply it for twenty minutes.
I now see that his medical licenses have been yanked. Well, do not be deterred. I have sent certified letters to the health commissioners in Hartford Ct and Albany NY with a detailed complaint.
Who knows what Dr. Hannibal Lechter injected into my face. Perhaps I will grow a tail or sprout long canine teeth. What I can say is that whatever I paid for did not last even a month.

Allegedly a cosmetic procedure
I just read that Dr. Mirza was sentenced to 26 months in prison for health care fraud and defrauding Amtrak. He was also sentence to 2 years of supervised release and to pay a restitution of 1.37 million dollars. When I saw Dr. Mirza in NYC, I did not have a problem with him. Dr. Mirza honored the Valpak coupon and gave me the 50% discount on the Juvederm treatment and only charged me 250 dollars. The office was even interested in my feedback about my experience with Dr. Mirza. He was also polite when I saw him in NYC. The office also emailed me a receipt for the services rendered. I was expecting the same positive experience and good service when I saw Dr. Mirza at the Fair Lawn, NJ beauty salon. The experience was a nightmare. Dr. Mirza did not honor the 50% off coupon and he refused to give me the 50% discount. He told me that the full price of the service was the 50% discount and he charged me the full price. He was rude to me during the entire visit. I had trouble communicating with him. He did not bother to give me a receipt. He also said that he would send me the receipt. He first typed 500 dollars paid. Not an acceptable receipt. He said that he would send it again when he got to his car and then he drove off without sending me the receipt. He also tried to solicit over 1000 dollars. I thought I was going to save a lot of money like the last time I saw Dr. Mirza. Instead, he only cared about trying to solicit a lot of money and charging me full price for the service. The purpose of the coupon was to help me save me money and give me a discount. Dr. Mirza immediately threw the coupon in the garbage after I gave to him. In NYC, Dr. Mirza did a detail job when he gave me the injections. This time he was in too much of a rush and did not do the same detail job when he administered the injections. He also did not take the syringe out of a new box like the last time. He took it out of a gym bag. I read that he has sued patients who gave him bad reviews. I recently read that the Medical Board temporarily suspended his license due to malpractice and for not meeting up to medical and business standards. There is also a consumer alert on him that he has abused the legal system. Read that Dr. Mirza was arrested for defrauding the Amtrak healthcare system. Copied and pasted this from the DOJ website. From April 2017 through June 2022, Mirza and his conspirators agreed to engage in a scheme to bill the Amtrak health care plan for fraudulent claims for services that either were never provided or were medically unnecessary. They would recruit Amtrak employees to participate in the scheme by paying them to allow the conspirators to use their patient and insurance information to submit false and fraudulent claims. Mirza and his conspirators submitted false and fraudulent claims that caused Amtrak losses of more than $1.3 million. The charge of conspiracy to commit health care fraud carries a maximum potential penalty of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine, or twice the gross gain or loss from the offense, whichever is greatest. Sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 13,2023.
Beware of 50% discount coupon and the charging. Read Dr. Mirza sues patients that give him bad reviews and that he has abused the legal system. Medical Board has temporarily suspended his medical license for malpractice and for not meeting up to medical and business standards. Dr. Mirza was arrested for defrauding the Amtrak healthcare system and will be Sentence 13, 2023.

I should of known purchasing Botox on Groupon probably wasn't a good idea to begin with. Dr. Mirza was extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. I drove from Pennsylvania all the way to New Jersey (he travels to several states a week) just to end up at a sketchy office building where they crammed all of us in a tiny meeting room with a long desk. The room was packed, people were even sitting on the floor. Dr. Mirza's assistant or whatever she was, came into the room with a clipboard and started taking down names of people who were coming to get something done and what they came to get done. She was extremely rude and after having certain people wait for hours, she told them he was so overbooked they'd have to come back another day. Unfortunately, I was good to stay and had work done with him.(would've preferred to not get anything done and be one of the people who had to leave looking back) I was called in to an even sketchier room in the back of the building. The room had a computer, a desk, and two office chairs. On the desk Dr. Mirza had a huge duffel bag full of hundreds of botox syringes. He literally was just pulling them out of his bag as each patient came in. He examined my lips and told me my natural lips were "crooked." I told him I wanted a small plump but nothing too dramatic. I had prepaid for 2 Restylane Syringes which is a hefty amount of product, and he gave me four tiny pinches of Juvaderm, which didn't even amount to 1/4 of a syringe. Not only did he give me the wrong product, but I paid 500$ worth of botox to maybe get 50$ worth injected. He used a tiny alcohol pad around my lips, sat me in an office chair, didn't even give me time to react, and just started injecting right away. Once he was done, I was so ready to leave, I didn't ask him about a possible refund for the syringes I paid for and never used. Him and I had been communicating via text up until the day I got my lips filled and he was very responsive. Once I texted him after my appointment about the refund, he never responded. The entire experience was uncomfortable from beginning to end and a cheap lip fill is not worth going through all of this. The result of my lip injection wasn't too bad after my swelling went away; and I wasn't dissatisfied with my result but I would NEVER GO BACK TO HIM. Save yourself time and peace of mind and go to an actual professional who knows what they're doing.
