So far, I have purchased several items from light in the box. I like the clothing. With such a variety and good quality material, it's easy to find just the perfect items. The price is very reasonable. Also, I am very pleased with the illuminates. They are dainty yet perfect to put into little groups to shed just the perfect amount of light. I've already decorated with these, and am pleased how it turned out.

“Order sent to wrong country Mirraw won't address”

I ordered my dress 2 months ago. After checking the tracking info I found out Mirraw was attempting to deliver my dress to my address in another country...good luck with that. I ask them to rectify the situation and they suggested I pay for their mistake. I declined and asked for a refund. No response. Beware of the company. Very polite in correspondence, however they will do nothing.

Ordered item.

Eventually sourced from their warehouse - still ok. I wasn't in a rush - just happy with sari I ordered.

Some issues delivering?

"XpressBees" delivery used(see pic attached below with 1.2/5 stars review history).

Ok - they said they "tried" delivering 3 times.

Uh huh.

MEANWHILE - intended recipient never got package. Her front desk person never received or got anything.

XpressBees reviews are abysmally low. People talking about packages that are kept and never delivered.

Uh huh.

Tried a twice to complain to mirraw. "A decision will be reached on your case in 5 days". Uh huh. 11 days later, I emailed them to see what was up?

Nothing.

Second complaint - mirraw emailed me a receipt with an "X" signature(not the signature of my intended recipient or her front desk) stating package was received.

Figure it out mirraw! The courier kept the package!

Now, on my next trip over, I have to keep my eyes open for a beautifully dressed XpressBees delivery person among all the others! THATS MY SARI!

Thanks mirraw - obviously a delivery issue. No word from them on acceptance of responsibility. No offer to replace.

Delivery was slow. When the saree came, I found that the quality was not up to the mark. Hemming was not done properly; fabric fibers were coming out. Also, the full amount was not refunded on return. They are deducting Rs 305 for return. Had they sent a quality product I would have kept it. For no fault of mine I will be paying Rs 305.

Ordered 2 Kurta pajamas, One was dark blue but they sent a purple kurta and dark blue pajama, clearly put together from left overs from other sets, making it useless. When contacted the only option they gave was to refund 20% for that item only. They promised that refund in 3 days but did not respond until they were reminded 12 days later. Net, do not take chances.

So sad that customers aren't made aware that things bought on mirraw.com are returned at customers cost, even for changing sizes... and when you wish to use Mirraw wallet before expiry date then only 20 percent can be used. Also unhelpful customer service. Too much instructions to follow until you decide its better to buy from amazon then Mirraw. What a waste of time! Beware,, nightmare dealing with their customer service. Wasted my mirraw wallet money therefore don't be fooled buy their new customer binding promotions and stupid email links which doesn't even work most of the times and they insist to use other devices if it doesn't work on their websites. What a joke. They don't care abt customers,, but need good reviews after service.so stressful shopping experience.

First of all it's a hassle to get a hold of anyone. The WhatsApp messenger no one responds, the phone numbers just ring no one picks up, the email, sometimes you can get a response. Nonetheless I have ordered twice from this site. Once it was okay and item was a good buy (price and quantity) and was quick delivery. So I decided to buy again. This second time was awful, and when I received the two items, one was clearly used and had stains. The response on this was we will give you 20% discount and you can take it to a tailor? Or you can send it back but you will need to pay the customs fee. Why would I take a 20% discount on a used/stained item? What would a tailor do to fix a used/stained item? And why would I pay customs fee that's more than what the item is worth? Wouldn't be using their site anymore. Have not heard back from then, so just cutting my losses.

Beautiful garments. Order arrived earlier then stated and was very pleased with item received. One item slightly on the big side, but not too much of an issue. However, the company made error with an order by sending out a random confirmation of cancellation email for one item (unauthorised by me), which led to another order being made. Ended up receiving 2 items for the same thing (only wanted one). Contacted the company for a full refund as the error was theirs. They refused this and were only willing to give part and just got an apology.

Stitching is not great. Flaws can be seen right away.

Make in India tag is super visible which I hate the most.

They claim they sell REPLICAS. So be careful with what you're ordering. The pictres do not assure the quality of the product. The jewellary looks bright yet the material is very cheap. The nose cahin broke off like a biscuit on wearing for the first time.
Fabric material for bedsheets is not as described.
You might need to pay heavy cusom duty on your purchase with shipping or free shipping.
They don't let you post bad BAD REVIEWS.
Store Credits... are very TRICKY.
Buy 1 Get. 1/2/3/4... TRICKS.

They make commitments that they don't fulfil on. They deliver you one brand with pieces from another brand and when you complain, they say they will compensate you by giving you a 10% discount on the future orders finally when you argue with them and you open a dispute with PayPal they agreed to take the product back, but when you try to ship the product back from Canada or US back to India with appropriate tracking it costs you almost the same as the product cost. Be careful. Be careful Nilesh is the biggest liar. Don't use PayPal use credit card company. They will back you up more than #PayPal they say to PayPal they will provide refund once they get product back and PayPal closes the case. Mirraw know you won't send it back - too expensive - so they close the case

Very disorganized company. Had to write to them because I didn't see any progress of my order. It came almost one month late, the blouse that was supposed to be included was not there. I would not recommend shopping here.

Yes. Even though its stated s'light variation in actual color vs. image'. But never so much difference.
The one I received 'Dark Green with Parrot Green' with the combination do not suit at all.

I order two item which was buy one get 3 free but they send only one of each as well as it was not even what I order and I order one chudidar and gave them my measurements but it was not even my fit and clothes quality is rubbish. As well as I complain via app but nothing happen they said they will refund 10 percent and I even didn't get that as well how come it is fair to give 10 percent back if the item is not even what I order. I will never ever buy from them again. Shopping with Mirraw was real disappointment for me and waste of my money. Guys you can look what I order vs what I get my nose pin is completely different and even my kurtha is completely different than what it look like in pictures I even make personal call on the number they provide and asked them to make it as same as in pictures but that is what I get. You can clearly see on my order detail how clearly I have mention as per the image but it looks nothing like image. Hope my review might help you guys. Thank you

This is the 2nd time I ordered for Diwali. Lats year had great experience, but this year all my custome stiched clothes very NOT GOOD at all. Even after leaving comments in for each item, the stiching is not what I asked for. NOT HAPPY at all.

My blouse was stitched well. Of the 3 sarees I bought, only one came close in look and appearance to the advertised sarees. Lace, embroidery and material used in the sarees were very different. The appearance of gold embroidery in the photos were very understated and quite elegant, but the gold embroidery actually used on the delivered product was too shiny and bright. Classical example of bait advertising. If I look at the money I spent, I spent $150 on three sarees which was not too bad. I probably would have paid more in my native town for these sarees, but the quality would have been far better. I would not buy from this website ever again.

Ordered a beautiful looking lehenga in white and yellow custom stiched. Received 3 days ago. Was happy the colour combination looked similar. I will give credit for that but the quality it was simply horrible. White poor quality net lehenga had a very thin shiny inner. When worn, it was totally see through! I EMPHASIZE see-through. Everyone can see your legs undergarments and all even in dim light. Forget day light. I tried in all shades of light cuz I liked the colour! It was custom made so I can't return. Thankfully it was my first order and just for testing I ordered a cheap one! Will I buy again? Honestly they responded well. Send via DHL. Got on time. I liked overall service. Maybe I will try one more time and see if the site is worth considering in future. I used PayPal to buy.

Ordered jewellery twice. Was extremely happy with first delivery n looked great. Hence ordered two more sets second time... second jewellery came faulty. Was expensive as had paid already 80 pounds. They said they will pay 10% discount which was of no use to me. Finally they agreed since faulty they shall pay for return n refund. Sent via royal mail with tracked. Had already paid tax when jewellery arrived to country n hence was a costly affair. Product wasn't delivered despite being 20 days although tracking had ended. Customer service is very monotonous with response n can get annoying. All numbers on website are rubbish n gets disconnected. Finally after multiple mails I got my product refunded but never got money for the postage they promised. Don't have the time and energy to chase this. All in all if the jewellery comes correctly iys still good buy. If it comes faulty it's an absolute pain. Hence confused and disappointed...

After lodging the complain regarding the product I received. The support from the customer care Sagar Sada the team leader of Mirraw was very responsive and willing to resolve the issue immediately instead of back and forth sending the emails.

Mirraw apologize for sending the incorrect order. They resolved my below issue.

Note: the images on the mirraw online shopping is only for reference do not buy the products looking at the pictures. Ask the customer care to send real images of the product before ordering.

Before I rated Mirraw 1 star but after Sagar Sada from Mirraw resolving the issue promptly. I updated the review.

Do not waste your time and money on this Mirraw online shopping. Received today my order after following up so many times and to my surprise the lehenga is unstitched. Well I had bought the lehenga stitched set and paid the money $127.50. But after delayed delivery I receive the unstitched stuff. What am I suppose to do with the unstitched lehenga.
It is written in the specifications that stitching is stitched. What type of Quality check you do. On the Mirraw app since last 12 days the status of order displayed was Quality check.

THe material is very very cheap with threads coming out from the design, duppatta.

I ordered for a temple necklace. I had to make two payments.At first, it came as the payment was not a success and I had to pay it again. I had the deduction from my bank account twice. I informed Mirraw team about it and they informed me that I will get the refund. I did not get the refund yet. I was provided with two temple necklace. I rung them to inform and request for the refund. They agreed to provide me the refund but I haven't received it yet. I had contacted them few times and every time they inform me that they have initiated the refund.

When you spend nearly $50 on a Traditional Indian outfit from a country, half a world away from India, for your Durga Puja/Diwali celebration, you expect to get at least good quality products (forget premium quality), which looks at least 80% similar to the picture posted on the company website, if not 100%.

The product I received from Mirraw had a different color than that on the picture. Forget the neck work embroidery, which was also different from the picture. You at least expect the color to be similar, don't you? I guess, when Mirraw mentions "Replica Product", they actually mean a product having color on the same side of the color spectrum of the product's picture. So, when you order cream-pink, you end up getting maroon!

Also, the quality of the product is similar to the clothes used for the Durga Puja pandals of the very low budget clubs. Most importantly, they are not ready to take the accountability for your bad product/experience.
