The check in lady was a rude and terrible lady with no patience. Complain to the manager and they cant be bothered too. After the shock at the check in counter, you went to a smelly room with nail sticking out of the chair. The TV is still those stone age BOX Tv. I mean, this is Singapore. Who else still uses such back dated and poor quality stuff in a hotel.
