I spent 3 days cleaning that home prior to living in it because it was filthy. Minnix have all the records and pictures to prove it. That home was spotless when I left yet they found petty items to deduct from my refund. $50 for some dust on window seals lol. I sent them 3 vacuum bags full of dust when I moved in. That carpet was never shampooed when I moved into it and I had it cleaned when I left and you still charge me $85. I will never recommend Minnix to anyone and will let everyone I know how poorly the communication is with Minnix property.
