Plastic Multifunction Fruit Peeler & Grater Excellent kitchen tool. Very helpful and easy for use. Its a quality product for great low price. MiniIn The Box and parent company Light In the Box are willing to take your Money. BUT, they won't return your requests for return, even if their return directions are followed. Items sent were NOT what was ordered. It took more than 9 weeks to receive the order. Worst company ever. DON'T waste your time or money. FYI - the picture attached was what I ordered, BUT NOT what I received!

ALWAYS PAY WITH PAYPAL.
Paypal provides buyer protection. In case you never receive your item YOU CAN ALWAYS DISPUTE THROUGH PAYPAL!

Products:
- Huge selection
- Cheap stuff manufactured and packaged in China
- Some of the items can be easily bought at your local dollar store for 1$ but Miniinthebox would charge it for 5$ with shipping - not worth it
- Most items do what they are supposed to do. Descriptions are accurate.

Shipping:
- NONE OF THE SHIPMENT WAS ON TIME
- If you want a quick fan for your summer event next week, go somewhere else

- The tracking service is a LIE. I bought about 7 items with tracking. They separated my purchase into THREE SEPARATE SHIPMENTS and ONLY ONE of them gets tracked.
- I inquired the customer service. It took me a few attempts before they started giving me a real response.
- They did explain to me that their products come from different manufacturers which is why they separate their shipment. There was no pre-warning about the shipment separation, there was no consent. I had no information, and on top of that, the tracking website they provide never works.
- Guess what, the items without tracking is still missing after 1.5 month.

Customer Service:
- They respond fast but their responses are mostly irrelevant to your question.
- They will use stock responses most of the time
- I hate to do it, but I had to bring up Paypal and threaten them that I will dispute the transaction on Paypal before they started giving me a real response
- Will close your ticket without your agreement

Overall:
-They do have a huge selection. But they are all overpriced cheap stuff.
-Their stuff does work. Just cheap.
-The arrival of your item is NOT GUARANTEED. Shipment is never on time. EVER.
-Customer service do exist, but they will provide stock responses until you bring Paypal and dispute on the table.

I ordered a couple of toys from the mini on the box. The delivery was ok, although it took twice the advertised time. But the items arrived in an awful shape, torn, crampled boxes, broken electric lamp, probably even used! Moreover, the items were not priced super cheap but looked like total garbage. Skip those fake traders and order somewhere else!

I won't be using or recommending. I waited so long for my watch band and when I finally received it, poorly packaged, no instructions, no tools to make the watch band smaller. Band is useless! Communicating with you guys is such a frustrating process and don't think that's matters to you anyway, cause, no one responds to complaints. Definatelty first and last time I give money for a poor quality product, with a non existent customer service.

Why I chose to do business with people who don't know how to tell the truth, is just stupid, I place an order and expect to receive the goods, but this company is just so untrustworthy and uses your founds to operate its business, call it an interest free loan if you like, For a thirty dollar gift order placed six weeks ago and never received why do I deal with unscrupulous no shop front shysters.

Send my order with direct payment and it says 3-4 days. Now 7 days after order, there is still no package. In my mail its paid and on the website tracking system its not paid. Even my bank account say its paid. I cant contact the customer support... could one of your team respond to this and open a ticket for me?

As far i am not very happy with this side.

I bought a case for my Kindle (that I also purchased the same day). Wanting to keep my Kindle safe, I ordered the expedited shipping and paid extra. Here I am, 2 weeks later, still waiting for my item to ship. DONT ORDER THE EXPIDITED SHIPPING. I can tell you right now, if I ever order from this site again I won't be paying extra for something that's not worth it and doesn't work anyway. I should be reimbursed for my extra I paid to ship "expediently".

Update: I put in a ticket for my order saying the expedited shipping is bogus. They replied quickly and said that it takes 4-9 days and closed the ticket. I, then, put in another ticket saying it's been 7 days since my package shipped and there's absolutely no way it's making it to me in 2 more days when USPS doesn't even have an estimated shipping date. THEN when I checked again, on USPS it says it was shipped on an earlier date than the website. However, the dates matched earlier indicating they changed my shipping date. My new ticket was rejected from customer service. This is just getting aggravating at this point. Please DON'T order from them with the expedited shipping.

Well, they tried hard to fix it. Customer support came through right away and offered to reship or a refund, which I accepted - and the refund arrived a few days later.
My original review: "They either don't deliver or, if at all, very, very late with poor quality products.
This amounts to online fraud, typical of many Chinese companies.
Avoid this company at all costs."

Basically, ive ordered (phone cases) from this site before (around this time last year, 2016) and my products did arrive eventually, but about 4+ months. I have ordered from them again recently (more phone cases), the shipping said it would arrive in 8-12 business days but im not getting my hopes up as im pretty sure it will be another 4+ months before arrival.

I ordered a phone case on 01/02/2016 and they took my money. I have sent emails and tried their customer service enquiry screen (which is impossible to use) and it says that I have no order. I have the order number but no way to communicate details, suprise, suprise. I created a Customer number and now I receive spam emails sometimes twice a day Tried to unsubscribe without success.

I ordered phone case and it never came. :(( ( 1,5 month of communicate whit miniinthebox customer service and they always promised to send it within 1 week but they never keep their word and didn't even let me know that they cant send it.
Slow delivery and this is not first trouble when order from here.
Bad experience in every possible way and sure the last time i order anything from this site.
Better to start order from some another site.
Hope you understand my bad English and find some more reliable site to use. :)

I get that delivery from China will be slow. But when they say they'll send it with tracking, they don't tell you that it's not INTERNATIONAL tracking. So, you can track your package right to the Chinese distribution center, then once it leaves the country? Her I am, 2 months later... A review of my order also indicates that they've changed the shipping method from "Postal-tracking (11-14 days)" to "Postal-tracking (3-4 days)"... This is 54 days after the order, mind you. Most credit-card companies require a transaction dispute to be filed within 30 days of it appearing on an credit card statement. So, I think there's a strategy in place to make potential customers wait more than 60 days for their item. After that point, there's nothing you can do about it. I doubt I'll ever see the item.

Ordered 4 LED bulbs for my dining room pendant fixtures. It took forever to get them, and then one was an odd color. I contacted them and after a couple of back and forth messages they sent me another one. That was all good. Until 11 months later one of them started blinking and then just died. These things should last for many years. I contacted them again and got a new ticket number, but when I log in to see it, it just says there's a technical difficulty and they can't respond. Now another one has died. Added new request to return all four. Waiting to hear back. Not feeling good about it.

When i first ordered i chose items that said "ships within 24 hours" i was impressed that i could have my items so fast! Apparently that means in 24 hours they put my stuff in a box and sent it away. Do not be confused by this it does not mean you get your stuff in 24 hours i have been waiting for 16 days and when i try to track my parcel it tells me that it has just arrived in Canada same for the past week. I am beginning to hope my parcel was lost and not that it is supposed or even normal for it t take this long.

Tip for consumers:
The site is nice ect. Bottom line, DO NOT EXPECT FAST SHIPPING and SHIPS WITHIN 24 HOURS IS NOT WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE.

I ordered three items. One item was wrong. I sent a message/ticket to them and they only answered with a very poor English "we are sorry for that" with no proposal how to solve the problem.

Ordered 4 necklaces and 4 bracelets over 2 weeks ago... was just told today it may ship within 2 more weeks. :( :(
Prices were great, but at this rate, I don't think I'll have my order by Christmas. Didn't take long to process my payment though.

Really disappointed.

Also getting tired of the emails every other hour. Question- would it be possible to figure out a way to ship items as fast as the 'advertising' emails show up? I would spend WAY more money if that happened... versus this being my first and possibly last order.

Promised to deliver 5-8 days but already 17 days from ordered date still awaiting for the products to arrive. It says free delivery if you order more than 35 dollars but when you checked out there's charged delivery fee for 13.50 plus insurance of the items

HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THEY CLOSED MY TICKET AND THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION OF OPENING UP ANOTHER TICKET?!?!
WHY ISN'T THERE A PHONE NUMBER FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE?

I first waited 7 weeks before contacting them, then they said my order was re-shipped out 3 weeks ago, with the 15-20 business days rule, you would think my tracking number would work by now... the tracking number is still NOT FOUND.
There is not even a REFUND option? Only Return & Replace. You see how backwards and hopeless this makes me feel?

I haven't yet received the goods, but would warn anyone using this company to use a "disposable" email address because of the huge volume of spam that is generated and won't stop. I'm talking two or three emails a day at times. I've asked them to stop and "unsubscribed" via my account, all to no avail.

So I bought this cover with a unicorn and some writing at the back and it's $#*!ty. The drawing looks printed in a weird way plus it doesn't fit the phone perfectly. Very bad. I do not recommend.

I ordered some watches for Christmas presents, paid for expedited delivery in the hope they would arrive for Christmas (although I knew it would be a close thing). Got an email Christmas eve saying the order had been returned with a problem at customs. Asked what the problem was and was told that as the items contained batteries (they are watches!) they couldn't ship by expedited airmail. I would have thought the company should have known that! In fairness, they responded quickly and I did receive a quick full refund. Unfortunately, I hadn't seen this site before I placed the order again, by slow airmail! We'll wait and see if the new order arrives.

Tip for consumers:
If ordering - allow about 6 weeks for delivery!

Let's start with the good. I did get the items I ordered and they are ok. Now for why I won't do it again. The delivery time was terrible. It took two weeks and of course there was no tracking info provided. Next and worse is the email barrage I continue to receive. I have done their optout procedure. The emails are still coming. Save yourself the aggravation and buy elsewhere.

I had ordered from MiniInTheBox one time prior to my December Order and it took several weeks; but, I did receive my order.
Because the phone cover's magnet did not keep the cover closed; I decided to order another cover but a different brand. The order was placed Dec 6 2016 and has not been received as of yet. I notified the company around Jan 11 2017 and they said that it had been delivered; but if i hadn't received it; they would send it again or refund my money.
I asked them to send it again; and 2 weeks later, I am still waiting.
