Minecraft Multiplayer

So this website acts as a browser filter for servers to the game Minecraft and users uses Filters. Now this one server "FrostRealms" is located in Sweden and its listed as located in South Africa (Servers post on this site like a business advert) and if something is falsely advertised then something is falsely advertised. I sent in a ticket to the support staff and it turns out I spoke to the website owner so I can quote from the site owner's own words. I presented that the server is not located in South Africa but instead in Sweden then he said that the issue had been resolved with the owner already in the past. I asked for a reason and he said that I may not ask for a reason. I told the site owner that I suspect bribery and/or inequality and he/she replied in: "You have nothing to require from us, we do not owe you anything! And this agressive attitude will not arrange anything." I then said: "Please, quote any "aggressive attitude" since all I said is that it's suspicious "this might have bribery or inequality in." He followed by: " You are speaking with the owner of this website. Now from an agressive attitude, we are now at insults. I do now warn you, I have lost enough time with you. Insult me again or threat me again and this conversation will be over and your account blocked." Proof: Server Location: Sweden Server Advertised Location: South Africa Website Reason: Valid Reasons. Dispute: False Advertising. He then replied with: " Very interesting conclusion and our whole staff is shaking. We invite you to report that to the South Africa and Sweden ambassies aswell. I'm sure that this will have the same echo that Snowden's revelations. Thank you for this great discussion." I dislike children sitting at the top levels of a website and I too dislike false advertising. The person then proceeded to close the ticket when it was unresolved. When I reopened the ticket because the issue was not resolved I was banned.
