I received a very friendly call from Lauren, one of the managers, who listened to my concerns and promised to have her team review the website for clarity of the problem. She also provided pre-assigned seating for me and my husband, with no service charge. She was very helpful and kind.

I engaged TravelUp via a multi-cite venue. The price was quite enticing. Then I found out that the hotel stay needed to be paid a week before my arrival. This seemed quite fishy to me. I verified a room was reserved for me and assumed everything was being handled appropriately. In the end, everything was perfect. Their website was a bit out of kilter when I tried to pay, but ultimately all problems were resolved. Will I use them again? Yes... if the price is right.
