Very pleasant experience. The staff is very polite and understanding. They did not receive 5 stars because I had to pay an extra $70. However overall. I would use them again.

Quick and easy throughout the process. When the selection listed give airline a seat preference for window or isle, there was no listing of a price associated (other choices had fees visible). At checkout there was no final price given before confirmation. After finalizing the purchase, then I saw a $90 fee for requesting a window seat without any actual seat assignment. Thankfully I called and was able to be assured they would refund that $90 within 48 hours.

I love doing it myself because with the customer service, I had no options to suit my needs…
I initially gave a 3-star rating, and explained my issue regarding the seat choice fee. I received a very friendly call from Lauren, one of the managers, who listened to my concerns and promised to have her team review the website for clarity of the problem. She also provided pre-assigned seating for me and my husband, with no service charge. She was very helpful and kind.
So far so good. Once we check in I can provide more feedback on the overall experience with Travelup.

I appreciate to make your application to have ability to distinguish if there is two double reservation on ticket at same name and same flight and rout. In that case the second reservation will notify the user that the first reservation either confirmed or under process and what do you prefer? Continuer or change route or … etc.
