I ordered 2 simple Santa Letters for my grandkids on 11/28, In a confirmation email it gives a status, & tracking. Mine says "shipped" over 2wks passed, was told by CS, Santa letters are mailed in batches, and mine hasn't even left the building! WTF? I was told it was "Shipped", never will I do a simple order from them again when there are numerous companies out there that make sure Santa letters are on time! And will give truthful shipping status!

I ordered 2 simple Santa Letters for my grandkids on 11/28, In a confirmation email it gives a status, & tracking. I ordered a letter from Santa for my Grandson. He never received the letter. Called the company 12/26/23. Talked with Maria not sure if it's correct not able to understand but when asked she said yes my name. She said letter was sent out in bulk mail and would receive. Explained the letter from Santa was to be delivered prior to Christmas. She kept repeating it was sent. Mentioned that I would put a complaint with the BBB she stated" GO Ahead ". Order from a more reliable company. Big rip off.

I ordered one item and Miles Kimball sent me an order asking for confirmation taking the price fro $19.99 to $120+. They added 11 additional items suck as a flute and yo yo. This ir criminal and they should be held accountable. Its time to clean house. I contact the online help but it was not what they wanted to hear and faile to respond after asking for details. I believe they had hoped that someone would confirm their order thus increasing sales illegally.Major USAF (R).

Tip for consumers:
Miles Kimball confirmed my address but had no recored of my email address. I was told they cancelled the order and I will continue to monitor. I am reprorting this experience to Amazon and ebay including anyone else who asks. I may even report it to my local new paper.

This company is by far the most frustration one I have EVER IN MY LIFE had to deal with. Trying to resolve one issue I was transferred to 5 different Department's and NO ONE knew what to do

My order was $68. They charged me THREE times for a total of $207. When I called they said it was pre authorization and to deal with it. I said $137 extra is an extremely pre authorization, one that was never stated on the website. So I emailed them. Two days later I got an email that was literally HALF of a sentence "sounds like a pre". No solution. No customer service AT ALL. AVOIDE THIS COMPANY"

Company charged my card 4 Times! When I called this company to cancel order they claim they could not give me a reference number. I told them I have my bank on the other line and their company must give me a reference number. Horrible experience! Order #SO*******

I was actually pretty happy with the products I got from Miles Kimball. However, I just noticed today I have been charged 16.95 every month for VIP I did not select, and I am sure I deselected on the webpage. If you ever buy from them, be sure to check your bank statements the next few months after your purchase to avoid this VIP scam.

No surprise to me that Miles Kimball has a litany of bad reviews. I ordered some yucca seedlings, not available at my local nursery, and they arrived after many weeks as nonviable plants. In plain words, dried out and dead. I made several requests for a refund, or at least a resubmission, in which the MK staff spent far more time and resources rebuffing my requests than it would've taken to simply make a refund. Really bad business practice. Stay away from this place.

I paid to have my grandson get a letter from Santa in Nov. When he didn't receive by Jan 5th I put in complaint. I paid to expedite.$25 down the drain
Terrible company.

I ordered mailing labels - $30 and the print is so small and smudged, they are unreadable. If I want to return them, I have to go to my post office and pay for the postage to mail back. Then, because I didn't see a box that needed to be unchecked, I was charged $14.95 to be in their VIP club. I called customer service - they said this happens all the time. BBB needs to look at this company.

Place a order 04-30-2020. Post Office drop it off. Open Shipping Box item broken. Ask Mail person what to do. She replied call Miles Kimball. Get a return Postage. Sticker. Problem have been trying three days to contact miles kimball. AS soon as they ask how can i help you, and you state the problem they drop you. I can't say Im a happy camper. Most likely will throw any other books in the trash. And yes I did check the review good and bad. Now we have one more for the bad side reviews.

We ordered a roll of printed address labels.
This is our third time ordering address labels over the past 10 years and this time the printing is horrible. Hit and miss on the lettering - very poor printing. Side-by-side these labels do not look anything close to what we have ordered in the past. It has been many years since I worked for Miles Kimball in management at that time, we set up a very good QC quality control program. All orders were screened before being shipped to the customer. This resulted in happier customers and repeat customers. Sadly - it has become apparent that this QC department no longer exists. These labels should have never left the shipping department…
After reading other sad stories I see that Miles Kimball has slipped on their once stellar reputation.
Sadly it appears we shall no longer be a repeat customer.

I tried calling customer service and reached someone in another country that I could not understand. That person's name was Peter who I could not understand. I received a bill and I do not owe this company any money. I asked to be transferred back to the United States so I could talk to a manager and was hung up on. I called again and was advised that there was nobody in the United States that I could talk to. Any purchases that I had made had been paid for. I will never deal with this company again.

Here's what my package look like when I received it the post office said this is the way they received it! I am afraid to ORDER AGAIN, this time small plastic flower is ok - next time who knows?

One of my items was removed from my order a few days later - not available. That knocked me into no free shipping. I actually got a notification from Miles Kimball asking how I enjoyed that item. WOW! As for the remaining order, the charged my card and the items were NOT shipped at that time. Called and had a fit about that. When my order did arrive, most of my items were broke. Hope I never get a catalog from them again.

Due to the pandemic needed to order online cards. The cat cards as depicted were not included. Promised 4-14 days delivery. Received the items after two phone calls 21 days later and missed two birthdays. My receipt upon purchase did not include the order number. Everyone else I have ordered from during these trying times have come through in an expeditious manner with item as shown and described. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY! Too many other companies providing legitimate service and product.

I'm so sick of Miles Kimball. I have NEVER had a credit card with them. Yet they keep billing me for a charge I did not make. They have had me jump through hoops trying to tell them this is not my order. They have been harassing me. I NEVER had a credit account with them. I am finding a lawyer... all for $64.00. NEVER< EVER use MILES KIMBALL

Buyer Beware of Scam
The product I ordered was subpar and they tricked me into a subscription. They said I signed up for a "VIP loyalty membership by entering my email into a savings box." They charged my credit card $14.95/month for 3 months before I realized what they were doing. What a scam! Buyer beware!

I ordered an advertised item a week ago. Seller has not shipped item and will not communicate. Refuses to acknowledge any and all correspondence. I should have read reviews before ordering. Has an overall rating of 1 star and that is only because that is the minimum allowed.

Be careful when making any purchases from Miles Kimball! They just add you to there REWARDS PROGRAM and start charging your credit card $14.95 a month without getting your permission! I will never purchase a thing from this company again! I would rather pay a trusted business more money than have MILES KIMBALL RIP ME OFF FOR MONTHS! Do your research as I will in the future!

Every time I try to place an order over the phone they tell you a higher price then what the item says it cost. Also when calling to place an order they tell you about a special that you can purchase before connecting you to a representative then when you tell you representative you want to purchase the item that was just told to you they up the price. They are giving a lot of false prices. Do not order from this company. Items are cheaply made and are not true to price. If you don't pay attention you will be scammed. If I could give it zero stars I would give it double zeros.

If you place an order double check the prices they will scam you.

There was no items. I went to place an order and every item I tried to order he changed price to higher price then what was on line.

I ordered on 8/28. I received USPS tracking number. As of 9/6 the post office did not receive the package. When I called the company said to call UPS. Why when they shipped USPS I do not understand.

I was aggravated that when I checked out I was told that my discount code was invalid because of the items I was ordering being discounted. That was not mentioned when I was given the code. I feel it was a dishonest way to lure me in.

I Got Unsecured Credit from This Fake Biz by mail to Make An Order to buy Now + Pay Later! For Hundreds of Dollars! But It's All Nothing But A SCAM! I made payments for months on time!+ Never missed one! Then- These Idiots!- all of a Sudden Falsely -Accused me of Missing a Payment! Which was A Lie! And I had Proof of it! In Writing! They give u a Reference Number after Every Payment as My proof and theirs! But they said I owe two months! Of 60$! They are a Liar! It wasn't true! And when I called to tell them how wrong they are!- and said I got the ref# To Prove it!-they said that's Not Proof!
Can U Believe This Fraud!? That it means Nothing!- why give it out then!- theyre-Ridiculous! So I'm Done with this Fraud! Don't Ever go for their So called Buy Now Pay Later!- Credit plan!
