Fabulous service... all within an hour of my initial call. Quick fix, Bathtub drain backed up this morning after my husband and I attempted to clean out the slow kitchen sink two days prior... The 'guys' had a more powerful snake unit that was able to punch through... as they say... a hairball clog... Seemed to do the trick, 30 mins later and we were back in action... True as they say $99 service call and we opted for a 90 day guarantee for an additional $25. Thank you

Our plumbing tech, Leo Ochoa, arrived right on time and fixed our backed up kitchen sink within an hour. And the work is guaranteed for a year! We are very happy with the friendly and prompt and reliable service. Next time we need plumbing (or electrical) service, we'll call Mike Diamond again.

The two Plumbers were on time and listened to us explain our problems. They asked permission to pull their truck into the yard and then asked permission to come into the house. They were appropriately fitted with face masks and they made sure their shoes were clean. They came up with options to resolve the issues and discussed each one with us with a rough order of magnitude costs. We made the decision on which services to execute and they successfully completed the tasks. We would not hesitate to use Mike Diamond again. They are our go-to plumbers from now on.

I called for service and they arrived 2 hours earlier than I expected. They called first and i said yes for earlier service. After the initial inspection they found a few "little" problems that I didn't know that there was with my kitchen. They fixed my "BIG" problem very easily and saved me several visits in the future and additional cost in the future by fixing "little" problems. With the service agreement I saved quite a bit of money and obtained a better warranty. My tech, #5228, was honest and professional the entire time.

Leo was stellar. He did a great job very professional super polite. I would definitely have Leo again.

I do feel the "Mike Diamond" company over charges. The rates are all pre set so not by the hour. Very expensive but the plummer was on time and did a great job.

I had a great experience with Mike Diamond Plumbing today. Robert showed up with a face mask. Bonus points! He had a positive attitude. The field manager, Victor, was called. Both gentlemen were professional and straight forward about the job that needed to be done. I am willing to call them back for future work that needs to be done. Their sincere explanation was reassuring.

I have received service from Mike Diamond Services on a number of occasions over the past seven years. In each instance, the work was done properly and the technicians were very courteous and professional. COVID-19 protocols and footwear coverings are standard procedures. The technicians' methodology is consistent: First is to ask questions about the source of the problem and the manner and frequency of use of the affected hardware. Second is to hone in on the problem and carefully evaluate the requirements for repair. Third is to develop an accurate estimate of the cost. And fourth is to thoroughly review the proposal with me and to review customer rights and responsibilities. Updates and inspections are given along the way. A variety of payment methods are accepted and there is no payment until the work has been satisfactorily completed. I would highly recommend Mike Diamond Services and the technicians.

Tech #6243 Anthony was very professional, knowledgeable with respect to our plumbing issues, explained clearly what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it, honest and very friendly it did not feel like a stranger was in our home. I live and care for my elderly parents and I am very cautious of who comes in our home and i was completely comfortable and felt safe. Anthony wore his protective mask the whole time which i really appreciated. Thank You for excellent service. Called and spoke on Sunday with a very pleasant young woman who listened then set up a convenient service appointment. I requested Ulysses, as he had worked for us a couple times before. Ulysses arrived on time, clean, sharp, smiling, and ready to get to work on our problem: a bathroom sink drain pipe had broken off inside the wall! He first prepared a detailed analysis of the problem, followed by his estimate. We felt is was quite fair, and Ulysses got to work immediately, sawing thru the outside wall (he didn't have to tear out any interior walls) and replacing the old (our home is 93 years old) rotten and rusted iron pipe with new plastic. He also recommended replacing a section of pipe underneath the house, which he did at extra cost. He completed the job in 3 hours, or so, all by himself, much to my amazement. Ulysses is The Man, as far as plumbers go with us-- professional, competent, and always pleasant and available to talk about the job and our home's future needs. I was prepared for a major disaster, but he makes his work look easy-- the trademark of a true pro! THANKS, ULYSSES! We'll see you again soon.

Cesar Camacho inspected our floor heater and came up from under the house with pictures. He explained all of the problems with the heater and the remedies. We thought the price was a little steep and, normally, we would get at least two more estimates. However, Cesar was so thorough in his evaluation of the floor heater that we decided to have the work done by Mike Diamond. But, only if Cesar was going to do the work himself. He did the work and took more pictures of the finished product. We are very satisfied with the outcome.

I called this morning to have my hot water heater checked out as I awoke to a lukewarm shower. A plumber was sent out same day and fixed my issue quickly and professionally; provided me with estimates on multiple options with no pressure on which to choose. I received a call that he was on his way and explained that I would be leaving work to meet him and he waited about 10 minutes for me to arrive as he go there first. I would highly recommend.

We have lived in this area since the 60s. We now live in Northern Nevada but maintain this residence as our oldest kids and grandkids still live in SoCal. Maintaining this one from long distance is always challenging and since this is the first time we've been here in over a year, we were wondering, "what will it be this time"? This week has been exceptionally cold and the heater took a dive. We have used an old family co. For years but the last few times have been unsatisfactory. After discovering a hugely blocked kitchen sink, trying everything I could to clear it, I called Mike Diamond and a wonderful technician, Leo Ochoa, was at my door a few hours later. He was prompt, very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what had to be done, his estimate was thorough, he had all the equipment needed to clear a very corroded pipe and install a new garbage disposal, and other repairs, and all work was completed in a few hours. Leo will be our go-to plumbing tech in the future. We would rate him and his work EXCELLENT and we will recommend him and Mike Diamond home services to friends. It was great finally having a shower that did not turn into a bath by the time you finished it was a great to have a shower that the water ran down the drain instead of pooling at my feet.

The gentlemen who came out were prompt and on time, giving a courtesy call for their arrival time. They were professional, knowledgeable and so very pleasant to work with. The were efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I was exceptionally pleased and this is my third positive experience with this company. Each time the work was professional and I felt the prices were reasonable for the work done.

Anthony was on time and was quick and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave advice on future more permanent fix for my toilet. He wore a mask the entire time without complaint. This was great same day service.
