Hello,

Brickelhost announce to me that they stopped shared hosting. Was I the only one to receive this email?

It's strange that I have to open a ticket.

I share it with you:

"The purpose of this email is to notify you that Brickellhost.com will no longer be providing shared and reseller web hosting after July 15th of 2023. The reason for this is that we will be providing ONLY dedicated servers and we will discontinue our shared hosting, reseller hosting, and our domain name services.

Unfortunately by July 15th of 2023, you will need to find a new home for your website and domain names with a different web hosting provider. After this date, we will no longer be available to provide shared hosting, reseller hosting, and any domain services such as new registration, domain transfer, and domain renewal.

To be fair to you as our loyal customer, we would be happy to provide you with a refund for your unused months with us starting July 2023. Example: If your hosting service is pre-paid until October 2023, we'll be providing you a refund for the months between July and October.

If you have any registered domain names with us, please make sure that you transfer them out to a new domain registrar or hosting provider since our domain name services will be no longer available as well.

After July 15th of 2023, our client area login page will be limited and you no longer will have access to your account activity. Once you have your website and/or domain transferred to a different provider, you may request your account to be completely closed and deleted.
