I purchased basketball backpack. First, they were going to refund promo code and did not. Then, when bag arrived it was wrong color and they said they could not do anything about it. I asked for exchange then refund. They said to return bag. They would not pay shipping so I had to pay $20 to return bag. It was wrapped in original plastic with barcode as they requested. No money received. Then, a month later they are offering a new bag ( my original denied request) because they state item is damaged. It was unused. Big scam!

This is by far the best lunch bag I've ever own. I had bought the 9-can red one for my 11-yr-old but returned because it was huge! She has a Jansport and this fits well with all her middle school items. Enough room for the basics which is what I ended up needing. Very sturdy material. Love the design.

Enjoying this lunch bag so far, easily stores all my meals and snacks for the day, only thing I wish it had is a a side net type of pocket to fit my water bottle in (can't put it inside, it has a straw)

It definitely exceeded my expectations. In other cases, the product cost at least twice as much as mine. It is not only a lunch room, but also a compact row (so, please note that it is very large; if you are one of those people who eat well and Coca-Cola, it would be perfect); the quality of the materials is excellent; The design is super practical, and it can be adapted to many things. Super recommended.

Wow what a totally awesome product! It keeps stuff MUCH colder than anything I've use before. The zipper needs the lube that they give you but appears to be getting easier each time I open it. Very highly recommended for anyone wanting to keep their lunch cold on a hot day... or any day. This is a quality cooler from the word go. Seriously you can't go wrong. The only question is what size should you get. I got the smaller one and it's great for lunch on the job. Even has a pocket to keep condiments in. I don't normally get a chance to rave about a product but this unit is a keeper. Get you one, you will not regret the choice. Enjoy!

I love, love, LOVE, this duffle bag. Better than those cheap made "brand" duffle bags from Nike or Adidas. It is incredibly sturdy, has enough pockets of different sizes, and the shoe department has its own inner zipper to allow the outside zipper be made like an exterior pocket. The handles can be removed to either be used as a bag or a backpack which I completely love about. Considering how I always carry everything with, everything fits inside! I carry a whole set of clean gym clothes, a large towel, portable phone charger, sandals, a pair of gym shoes, shampoo, lotion, and all my gym gear like body braces and waist belt for deadlifting. The only thing I wish it had was an outside mesh pocket for my bottle, I have to put it inside the bag and that worries me because what if the bottle opens on its own and wets my stuff? Other than that, it's an amazing bag!

Love the size - holds 8 cans of soda with a skinny ice pack on the bottom and domed lid allows room for breakfast and lunch for work not to mention all of the side storage areas! My only concern is the durability of the zippers but we will see!

Very nice lightweight tent for backpacking and good alternative to the high-end brand it replicates. 4 lbs ~exactly for all tent components it comes with including stakes, guy lines, bags and even the footprint. The two top vents are a nice feature. Seams are sealed/reinforced. Held steady in moderate ~15-20 mph wind on a 3 night trip to Desolation. The only thing I cant comment on is that I haven't had it in heavy rain, although as mentioned the seams in the rainfly appear to be well sealed. Might be a bit small for two large adults especially if the sides are not guyed out.

The dark one is Huge, the red one is MEDIUM. I got the red one and my better half was interested, so I got him the huge. The split areas is extraordinary, particularly on the off chance that you need to convey things (like protein bars) that needn't bother with ice. Box has two enormous side pockets, and one front zippered one. Side pockets on Enormous are ample enough for hubby's ipad.

We ordered some hiking poles as gifts for our daughter and her hubby. When they arrived, they were great - - except we had misunderstood that we had only ordered one pole for each (in different colors) instead of matching 2-pole sets for each. I emailed the Mier Sports customer service people via their website that now we were not going to be able to give our gifts on the kid's birthdays due to our mistake. I got a personal response the next day asking when their birthdays were and, after telling him, he said he would express ship the matching poles right away. And sure enough, he did and they came express from China to us in Michigan. In time for the birthday celebrations! I was surprised to get a personal response at all, and then to have someone take it upon themselves to address our problem - and not even charge us for the express delivery! I will buy again from Mier Sports! (Oh, and the quality of the hiking poles was great!)

Great for the price. I wanted a rubberized backpack to carry my RC 1/10 scale rock crawler out to the park and in to the woods and back. My TRX4 sport kit fits perfectly, snug but room to spare all around. There's pockets so the radio controller, spare batteries and tools fit too. Nice for storing all the gear together in the closet too. I'm might think about cutting out some foam inserts that rest against my back.

I got this MIER Men's Golf Polo Shirt Short Sleeve Sun Protection Outdoor Sports Shirt to add to my daily Florida wardrobe. I am 5'11' and around 193 lbs with a 36" waist. I ordered the Large based on their sizing chart and it is a perfect fit. It is soft against my skin and with the 4-way stretch and UV protection, a great Florida(and of course anywhere else) shirt. I will order more of these.

Absolutely beautiful! I love it! Perfect size. Keeps food cold or warm. Not big and akward. Short handle allows me to hang on arm if chairs. Easy clean up! Will repurchase another color!

Do yourself a favor and purchase equipment from REI, from Six moons Designs in Oregon. Stay clear of Mier and here's why.

(1) The equipment that I purchased, the 2 person ultralight tent is meager in nylon strength. Other tents can provide stronger nylon for less wight than Mier's.
(2) Shipping method. Your package will arrive from some address in the US, a residence. Joe Shmoe or similar, wrapped in cheap plastic garbage bag, encircled by tape and possible damaged as mine was.
(3) When you get your damaged goods, FORGET about a return. You have to fill out a 'return' form and although the website advertises complete refunds for any reason within 30 days of purchase... NOPE. You will email with 'never' as in *******@miersports.com or you will NEVER receive a refund. Going on one week with zero RMA, address or instructions on how to return. EAT IT.
(4) Although you save $160 bucks going with this Chinese front company, you'll not receive ANY customer support when something goes wrong. Further, you are hurting US companies who DO provide support and STAND behind their products. Also, these US companies produce SUPERIOR product. I went with the Six Moons Designs 2 person tent instead because it has stronger nylon, quality hardware and is proven to be SUPPORTED and tested here in the good ol USA.

Pass by the Taco Bell and Starbucks for a couple weeks, support American companies, you'll buy SUPERIOR products, you'll support working American families and you'll save yourself money in the end by not having to deal with 'never' from Mier.
