My husband and I went to Microcenter to buy a tv. Gino was the only associate working in that department. He was running around helping everyone in that department. Kept coming to apologize for being with one customer who was asking ridiculous questions. When he finished with the customer he helped us out. We only went for a tv ended up getting insurance and a surround sound.
Made an appointment to have someone run diagnostics on my iPhone 15 pro max. When I arrived the tech stated that I would need to leave the phone until the next day. What?! What a joke. What sense does that make? Human beings go into surgery and come out faster than that. May as well go directly to an Apple Store. PANTIESANDPUMPS.COM

This is a review in response to a previously posted review. I received a call from the 'General Manager' in response to my scathing posted review of terrible customer service a the Duluth GA. Store. He apologized for the ill treatment that I received during a recent purchase/return for service. He assured me that the treatment I received was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!, and offered to make me whole. I so appreciate his concern and offer. God Bless you Mr. Johnson

This excellent gaming PC was the best choice I could have ever made for which PC to start with. I highly recommend this PC to anyone and everyone who needs a futuristic state of the art PC. The PC purchase I chose was a pre-built which may not be first choice to others but if you are just starting I would consider it.

I highly recommend getting a PC or electronic from micro center.

The service works great and treats the clients in a positive way. That's awesome! TTeir website is currently updating, so I expect it to be even more convenient.
We buy all of our electronics from MicroCenter. They have the best prices. In the last year we have bought a chromebook, a MacBook Pro, and a bunch of accessories and saved hundreds. My only complaint is they wouldn't allow my wife to buy Ipads for her classroom with grant money. They have some deal with Apple that they won't sell to the schools.

Great help and I always find the product I'm looking for. We've purchased 2 computers from them, and they give a lot of bang for the buck.
If you need it today and prefer to be hands on, they stand alone. Everything is cheaper online, that comparison is not valuable for Microcenter. Can neverheardofthem.com deliver same day? Warranty?
Thats what you pay for. The reps are generally smart too, unlike the DAs you might encounter at a big box store.
Fighting consumerism one value product at a time. Too bad Best Buy will out-politic them and we'll be forced to pay $30 for a "gold-plated HDMI cable." Conveniently located, unfortunately not popular in the Best Buy circles.
Microcenter seems to have better deals online these days than newegg or tigerdirect. Good customer service as well.
Like this service and the way they treat their customers. They offer savings up to $150. That's so weird for the quality that is good enough.
I went to the microcenter in fairfax virginia to buy computer parts everything needed to build a new computer i went to the computer parts section and was immediately approached by a man named elvis he helped me and only me with everything he made sure every part i was buying was compatible with everything that it will work when i build my computer to this day 1 year later i still love my computer i use it for gaming and no problems with it t i just felt like i was treated really good and they were very helpful i went back to get a monitor and got the same treatment again from another employee all with a smile and good attitude both times thank you microcenter

My sister in law visited USA and I have told her to get me new lap in MicroCenter, when she send me prices i must say i was stunned. It is very professional store and I did not hesitate to buy it :)

Old school in the fact they have most everything, but still high tech and cutting edge on product selection. Love this place.
