Wish I had read the reviews before placing our order.

Paid for goods upfront and cant get a delivery date.
When I chased first time this is the answer I got from Andy, I have had no reply to the further numerous emails I have sent.

The customs temporarily detained the goods.
We are submitting documents and information to solve this problem.

Your order will be ship on May 15th.
You will receive the goods on May 17th.
