There are many stores that sell Michael Kors brand merchandise but the best bet in my opinion is to get your purchase straight from the source. They have a much better selection, more unique items, and great sales. I've never had to return anything nor have I ever had to contact customer service. Everything I've gotten has been of superior quality.
The purse came with a bent clasp from poor packaging. Later after removing the tags to take to work. I noticed the metal hardware was scuffed. Customer service acted as though they were going to assist but later changed their mind. It's sad that you buy from a company that doesn't take pride in their shipping operators or customer service.
I will never buy another Michael Kors product! Wanna know why? I bought this super cute bag (this is a picture of the backside of the purse) and within a month it started shedding the calf hair, after two months of use it looked like this. Michael Kors' response to my warranty claim...this is not a manufacturing defect therefore we will not exchange or reimburse you for the purchase of this bag. I'm done with them. What a waste of money! Oh...and I'm out the $20 in postage it cost me to return the bag to them!

I had ordered two phone size crossbody purses for gifts! Unfortunately, only received one but was charged twice. I called customer service and WOW...could not had been worst but verified it was never shipped, wasn't alerted, but was charged, no customer satisfaction offered, and no explanation of why they took my money without shipping the item!. Will not buy another item...with a closet full of shoes and purse by Micheal Kors🤬
Customer service was poor, not friendly, aggressive sales techniques and pushy. This was at the Alderwood Mall store in Lynnwopd, WA. Difficult to make a return even with original tag and Visa receipt. I couldn't even get an exchange or a credit for later purchase without being gauged. I will never shop here again and advise everyone the same.

Just god shoes one one the it's a demo one the already used and damaged, big, scratch on it! I really disappointed. And the bottom of shoes is completely dirty. I dont know what's their thinking! It is disrespectful to the customer
I'm very gentle with glasses, may I start.
I was cleaning my prescription glasses, when not only did the lens pop out of place, but the frame broke! I was using pressure lighter than I normally use because I dont use this brand (I usually go for Ray bans). Its impossible to get the lens back in place, and the frame will not melt enough to become sticky! I can live with it but this should not happen with glasses that cost more than $200CAD

I had a terrible customer service experience shopping with Michael Kors online. Customer service was not willing to help with an address change. Despite several calls it wasn't done but I was told it was done and I should collect my package from UPS. UPS did not give me the package and it was delivered incorrectly. I reached out for a resolution Via phone several times wrote to them three emails, but no one was ready to listen. Never in my entire life have I received such a treatment from a vendor especially after shopping for over $1000. Every cry went unheard. Do not wish to support this brand anymore for this derogatory treatment.
I have ordered this hand bag 3 times physically on the phone with a live person who has told me yes it's in stock I see it here and will order it for you and yet 3 times order has bin canceled not in stock lies lies lies run away from micheal kors they are liars do not order anything from micheal kors ban them

Website should remove items that are not available for purchases instead of making customers go through the whole purchasing process, and then get an email stating the order has been cancelled as the item is not available. Also, I called customer service and I felt very ignored by the customer sales representative.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent delivery of the boots I ordered.I had specifically ordered a size 9, as it has always been my size. However, upon receiving the boots, they were excessively large, and to my dismay, there was a noticeable mark on one of them.
When I reached out to your customer service team to address this issue, I was informed that I needed to visit a drop-off center to return the boots. I explained my inability to leave the house due to certain circumstances and questioned why the return couldn't be arranged from my home. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a satisfactory response, and despite being assured that someone would get back to me, I haven't received any communication for three weeks.
Given the lack of assistance, I had no choice but to incur additional expenses by paying someone to pick up the package and deliver it to a UPS drop-off center.
This experience has been highly inconvenient and frustrating, and I expected better customer service from MichaelKors.
I made a large purchase and wasn't aware of the new policy with the dust bags. I called customer to speak with a manager I was told they were all in a meeting. Was told I'd receive a call back once they finished the meeting. I have yet to receive a call or any communication. This is highly unprofessional and rude.

When I contacted customer service they did offer to replace the bag but I was not waiting another month to get a new bag so I asked for a refund and they best they could do was tell me they can give me 30% refund, wow. On a 138$ order. I'd say my loss and I will never purchase another bag from Michael Kors
I was trying to order some boots put them in my cart to buy online when it time to pay it's not in stock why not have that out of stock when u pick your size so then you got to go back pick another pair of shoes hoping they ant out of stock please watch that

I purchased mk bag from Cincinnati outlet and after 6 months of use Logo of mk started to become rusty it changed the colour and when I purchased the bag I was told these are gold plated logo high quality but unfortunately it's not high quality I sent them several emails even chat with customer care but they were not able to do anything about it I almost purchased 7 bags from Cincinnati outlet in Ohio USA I'm very disappointed they didn't bother even replying to my email
I purchased a factory malfunctioned handbag and didn't receive any satisfaction from customer service, not even an offer of repairing the damaged item. Also horrible customer service. I writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Michael kors return policy. I purched the Britt riding boots in black cherry picture in line was beautiful. Unfortunately when I received the boots they were freaking maroon with a tint of purple just ugly.apparently whoever does the colors must be color blind. Any other company that I have order from never had a problem with a exchange from purchasing on, BUT MICHAEL KORS DOSNT WANT TO DO THAT THEY WANTED ME TO PAY FOR THE EXCHANGE! SO I ASKED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP.YOU WANT NE TO PAY DOUBLE FOR ONE PAIR OF BOOTS THAT I AM WANTING TO EXCHANGE? Never buying from Michael Kors again, I bought a small bag for traveling from Michael Kors Crabtree mall Raleigh, NC, but I found what what I am looking for at Tory Burch so I decide to return MK bag, the store manager claimed that there is a stain and food crumbs inside the bag to refuse to return it, he is a liar, raciest, white male, the bag did not leave the shopping bag and no stain or crumbs inside ( Check picture)
My bag was poorly packaged. It looks exactly like how those cheap drop shipping companies will package your item in a delivery! Tried contacting support and they disconnected me before they could solve my issue. What a joke!
Called their customer service number was on hold for one hour and 20 minutes and gave up. I will never ever purchase a Michael Kors handbag again. After two weeks a handbag should not fall apart with nowhere to get help with. The Better Business Bureau has over 500 complaints against the company therefore I suggest everyone avoid purchasing this brand.

I purchased a handbag that literally fell apart after 3 months of use and was told it was not a defect - the warranty on a $300 handbag is bullsh*%! Buyer beware - Michael Kors is a rip off. I will not purchase ANYTHING from Michael Kors ever again! Not even sure this bag is leather - what a terrible company. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Do Not Buy Online! I purchased a Large Tote one like the one I have On Cyber Monday at 80% off but they sent me an Extra Small tote tiny bag,I'm returning it!, the lady said it says Extra Small I took a picture of the one I ordered they changed it to Extra Small so they're not at 80% because if it was the small they should've charged me like $50 or less The Large Tote Bag I have originally costs $499 So they're ripping people off making them think they're giving special deals!
