The majority of this experience was amazing, cost effective, and there are SO many cute frames to pick from. The only reason I gave four stars is because I have a very different prescription in each eye and they placed my order on hold and never notified me. Everything went well. You answered my questions promptly, which put me at ease. First pair of progressives and they work fine. Really not any type of breaking in period.
My only disappointment is they don't get as dark as I thought they would. But maybe after a few days, we'll see. I've only been out in the sun for an hour with them today. I just received them last night. So again it may be just some breaking in period.

Nice options, like the try on. Received product in good time, nice case and cloth. Frame of one light weight but can see as expected (quality matches price). The other pair the frame and nose piece do not work with my prescription which I there was no way I would know that when ordering. The "guaranteed return" is not true - there is an automated response to keep trying and make them work.

I've probably ordered 20 pairs of glasses from Payne for myself, and another six or seven for my kids.
