I had paid 2000CAD for publishing my 13 journals in 7 platforms in April 2024. In May and June they compelled me to take their Marketing Package for 4282USD, as that will help with the publishing and marketing with the same. Duane convinced to get this and frankly they were behind me to have this money paid. I paid and in July the entire team just kept quiet. No publishing no marketing. I had follow up so much to get my journals s published in Amazon. Which they completed only in July 2024. Then Emma, Senior publisher calls to say rules in publishing and didn't do in any other platforms. After so many calls and emails, found out all the emails are bouncing back. No such person, no email, no phone number. I then put the dispute in Paypal and later in my bank. All of a sudden John Roberts, calling himself as CEO sends email and says please pull back the dispute, I will ensure everything to be done. After a whole set of back and forth emails and calls, he confirms he will publish my 13 journals and do the marketing of 20 journals as promised before but I need to refund their money which the bank paid as the dispute was done. After he got the money, he didnt do any marketing. The marketing they promised was, me etting a revenue of 1500USD from journal sales evry week in October, November 2024 and later from Dec 2024 to April 2025 I am to receive 2000 USD per week. How many times I had asked is this possible. They all confirmed and I was made a fool. I am going back and back forth in my emails and calls to know the status or give my refund as they said in their emails. No response at all. Its been months, this team has proved to useless. I sincerely ask this team to refund my money since they didnt do their job. I am going back and forth with the bank to see what can be done. I know for everyone the amount I gave is minimal,for me its huge. Trusting this useless company was really my fault. To The entire team Duane, Benjamin, Sam, Emma and then John Roberts, Oliver Green didn't do my publishing in all the platforms as they said. Below is their details. Please do not use them at all. I can show you all the proof of their calls, messages, emails which said they will do the job, got their money, didnt do their job and now no response at all. Please save yourself all your money and go to reputable publishers who are honest and trustworthy and good with their word and work.
