I recently completed a BDI course with Metro Traffic School and had a fantastic experience. The course content was comprehensive and well-structured, making it easy to understand and follow. This driving school is a joke, you're going to loose you money. They don't have very clear those package and hours included. We buy a 8 hrs package for $611 in the description said Highway Traffic they take you to the text and that not happen my son still without he's license there never bro g him to the highway I call to complain about it and there said that the instructor she use all the hrs and she don't bring to the text you need to paid for more hrs so they can bring him to the tex. I took a course with you so that the points on my license do not change and I must send the certificate of this course to the county and you have not sent me the certificate of the approved course. Hi
I attempted to get clarification on my son's DUI certificate with an employee at the West Palm location and employee "Janet" decided she was going to keep the certificate because they had made an error on it and I then demanded back the document and she refused so I started to call the police for theft. Janet quickly returned the document back and I called the main office regarding this incident but they have not gotten back in touch with me so they can correct the situation. Be aware of their " Deceptive " practices!

Hi, I picked metro traffic school to do my DUI school. I have a court order to do DUI school one in writing. And the lady at the front desk signed me up. I did the course and went to do my evaluation. When going to sign up for the evaluation they told me I had to do the DUI school 2 and they would not give me my certificate. I told them and showed them what the judge put down in writing and they said it did not matter. Then I asked "why would the lady at the front desk sign me up for that course then?" The response I got was "she is new she should of known better". To compromise I said "can I take the $350 I paid and put it towards the $850 you want now?" they said no. So they refused what the judge said, openly admitted the woman was new and made a mistake, and had so empathy to try and rectify the situation. I contacted my attorney who is battling with them to get this resolved and it's been months now. These people are scammers, rude, and have no empathy. Go anywhere except metro traffic school.
Hello Metro Traffic
I was supposed to start the DUI-Level II Course yesterday at 6pm at your Oakland location (3726 West Oakland Park Blvd, Ft. Lauderdale *******) and your instructor didn't let me in even though I knocked in the door numerous times. I arrived at the office at 6pm not a minute later and I can prove it. I noticed that I was supposed to arrive 15 minutes earlier but it was impossible. I live in Hollywood and I left a quarter to 5pm since I was working and it took me 1:15 minutes to get to this location since traffic was very heavy and I had to find a friend to drive me there. I just want you to understand that in my previous class with you you I had another very sour incident. Basically you made my pay the course twice. When I called to enroll in the DUI class I spoke to one one of your receptionists and she told me that I needed to take DUI level I and when I showed up for the class I was told that I was in the wrong class and that I needed to take level II So I had to re-enroll in Level II and pay the entire course again since I wasn't refunded for the payment of the DUI Level neither was I given any credit. This time I will not tolerate this and I will bring this matter to whoever I need to-DMV, Court-wherever but this is Unacceptable. I will go to the class today at 1:15pm to see if hopefully the instructor let me in today. If not, I will contact you...I called you yesterday a few times-1st time at 6:05 pm while I was outside the office knocking at the door...I am calling Ray Graves today and I'll speak to him regarding this matter to see what can be done...In addition I am filing a formal complaint with the State of Florida Dept of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles as well since this is bad business practice to say the least. I'm very disappointed with you all... Honestly, I think I am at the hands of crooks at this point...
So not only did I have to pay for the course but also for my certificate to be emailed to me and though I completed the course they never sent me my certificate of completion. When making inquiries into their support they will delete messages on you and neglect giving answers. Overall this has been a bad experience and I wont be surprised if I will never get my money back seeing as they dont uphold their end of what you pay for.
I cannot rate as yet, I have not received my credit for passing the course, I have paid in full and the county requires that I show the diploma in the next 5 days... where is it?
