Called 2x long distance to verify they'd be open and working on a Saturday. They did both times and the hours. Never answered the phone for both the long distance and 1800 #'s, never showed up. They've lost my business forever.

Be careful with Metro Swim Website tricks!; When buying from Metro Swim Website, at the end of the purchasing, the website will prompted you to answer questions for reviews granting the customer with $100; this gratitude is for magazines and if you are not careful will be paying up to $171.00. It happened to me; When I contacted Metro Swim they alleged they are not connected to the Magazine Web but admitted they got review from them. This Magazines Website (www.magcustomerservice.com) has No contact person, No phone number, No address I had to contact my bank for help...to see if the can cancel the transaction.
