I have already worked in a few companies in the past, and all I can say is that this company is by far the worst. Employees are not respected or valued. The owner, Meryl, treats every one of us like trash, and she has no compassion at all. She is using fear and humiliation to manage her people in the office, not to mention her unreasonable micromanaging system. Salary package is unreasonably low, and there are no benefits for whatsoever.
