I am very satisfied with my first shopping experience with Clobba Online! The seller, Martin, was very friendly and informative with his updates. The package itself was cute and seemed to arrive pretty quickly, considering it was coming from China. I'm really glad that I was able to get this bag from here, since I haven't been able to find it anywhere else!
I just bought 2 vintage watches for me and my sister and they look amazing. We used to have similar ones when growing up. The support was amazing and they even included extra straps for each watch. Also, the watches came in watch boxes, which was unexpected. I will be back for more!

The clothes are the same as the pictures on the website, the price is affordable, the quality is beyond my expectations, even better than the clothes I bought for $50, this website is really awesome.
Very bad experience, they support untrustworthy sellers such as *******@kizzabizz from Italy, they take no responsibility whatsoever, instead send generic responses and offer discounts, if you spend a lot of money as compensation for sellers who scam customers! I wrote to them many times and to the seller as well, but did not even get a decent reply. Not worth it! Vestiaire collective does not even allow you to rate the seller, so you can at least warn other clients of the potential scam.
I stumbled upon the SharPharMade website looking for a specific pattern. The prices are quite reasonable. I will be checking out their vintage patterns in the future.

After a horrible ordeal corresponding with www.needsupply.com, I'm warning all online consumers to stay away. After several days had gone by without any email notification of my order shipment, I contacted their customer service team regarding the tracking number of my shipment. I was given a useless tracking number that didn't even work after I tried several attempts. I contacted their customer service team again to inquire about the invalid tracking number at which point I received a shockingly mentally imbalanced reply: "it does work ok!"
- - - - W O W - - - - Needless to say, that tracking number DID NOT work and was indeed invalid. Just as I had thought. After patiently waiting, my parcel finally arrived after 4 and a half weeks with a DIFFERENT tracking number altogether. Avoid this abhorrent online merchant at all costs everyone.
Don't buy or sell with this company, their fees are hidden and they are engaging in practices that are possibly illegal including closing down shops but keeping the balances paid. Their Customer Service is a joke and they treat their sellers and employees really badly. Their best shops have left or are leaving, and they will probably be out of business within the next 18 months.
