Menewsha

Generally speaking, I have a hard time breaking into avatar communities and finding my niche. I tend to pop on for a while and quickly lose interest. However, I have managed to stay active on Menewsha for three years now. It's a lovely place with an incredibly warm and inviting community. The pixels are gorgeous, the staff members are active, compassionate, and hardworking, and overall, I feel that it is a place where I can be myself without fear of judgement.

I have been a user of Menewsha for many years now, and I plan to stay much longer. The avatars and items on the site are outstandingly pixelated, with lots of choice when making your avatar. Also, unlike on certain avatar sites, the items are possible to obtain without dedicating your entire life to the site, as the economy is quite stable. And, while these are all great, the best thing about Menewsha is its community. When I first joined I was treated very well by the entire userbase, and got many gifts of gold and items. Even though that was years ago, I see new users around the forums all the time, and I have yet to see one not feeling welcome. The staff, the people who run the website, are seen throughout the forums, and do not discriminate in terms of who they chat with. The community of Menewsha is amazing, and it an awesome site to be part of.

I have tried a lot of avatar sites, and I can say that this one takes the cake.
The rules are a bit much at first, but they are there for a reason: It keeps the trolls, spammers and bots out.
I love that you can actually TALK to the mods and admins!
They are the nicest people!
I've never talked to the owner personally, but he's doing a GREAT job with this site.
One of the best things about them? The community.
It's close knit, like a family. I love everybody I talk to.
The no advertisement thing is a bonus.

I have been a user on Menewsha for 5 years, and honestly its userbase is my family. They've seen me graduate high school and helped me make decisions about post secondary. They guided me when I lost 3 of my 4 grandparents. And celebrated my 5th anniversary qith my boyfriend with me. Menewsha is filled with thw nicest people always there when you need to talk. Tge Mods remember when they were users and aren't too big to chat with the users. We are a family and we stick together and we stand up against anyone thar hurts part of our family.
Rules may be strict but they're not impossible to follow, just be a good person.

Going from Gaiaonline to Menewsha I felt that the community of Menewshans are more welcoming and inviting than the gaians. And I joined Menewsha years ago and plan on staying active. I havn't been able to be as active as I wish I could lately but I try to stay active. The admins are very there unlike Gaia and the items are more stable. Though I didn't get gifts or gold upon joining I didn't really ask and the community was welcoming enough I didn't mind earning my own gold and getting my own items. I made friends to rp with quickly and they still are very pleasant to message and rp with.
