After some shopping around, I decided to put my trust in an online store, so I could get the best value for my money. Memorials.com did an outstanding job! I paid for some upgrades and it was definitely worth it! I just visited my Mom's gravesite yesterday for the first time since the marker was placed; it's beautiful, and I'm sure she is happy to know I saved money :))

This company has been horrible. Originally a placed an order and was told by Rebecca it wasn't placed. Later Rebecca assured me she would start the process that day and be sending an email immediately. When I called 2 days later, she was dismissive and still didn't fix the situation. She also claimed to not know the manager's name. I am waiting for Ralf to respond.

We ordered the USMC urn because it was TSA approved. It is literally a piece of cheap satin sewn around a red plastic box. The sewing is not good, the USMC patch fell off as soon as we touched it. This thing is SHAMEFUL. Upon reviewing Memorials.com's website for how to post a review or testimonial, I was shocked to see this (straight from their page)- yet now understand now why we saw top reviews for it— they edit the reviews AND can refuse to post ones they don't like— see the photo attached straight from their website:

Purchased a men's carbon bracelet for my son for his grandmother's ashes. Cost over $200. Due to COVID-19 I did not see him for months. Finally got the bracelet to him and it was to big. He took it to a jeweler to have it sized and they told him it couldn't be sized. I called the company and talked to Rebecca in customer service. She informed me that I cannot get a refund or even an exchange due to the fact there is a 10 day return policy. I stressed the fact that it's Covid and that I couldn't see him and could she talk to someone else and find out if they could at least give me an exchange. She said she would and get back to me. After two weeks I called her back because she never called me and she informed me that sorry there's nothing that can be done. I asked if I could speak to someone higher up and she told me no. So I spent over $200 for something that can't be used, RIP OFF! I definitely would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. Horrible customer service!

I had ordered a urn online, they called me the same day stating they are out of stock and don't know when they will order any more. I asked to have them cancel my order. The guy was apparently busy, and cancelled my order 3 DAYS LATER than what I asked them to do it. Now I'm out $112 and will take up to 2 weeks for my money to get back into my account... for something that I asked to be cancelled right away... what a joke. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL

My husband bought a rosary and put both his parent's ashes in it. Two days later, it fell off. The company accused us of lying and said the jewelry wasn't meant to worn. The President of the company was a horrible representative for their company. His e-mails to us used poor grammar and had misspelled words. This experience with them has made losing our loved one that much harder. We couldn't get a refund or even an apology. The company needs to be reprimanded.
