Report was good. Just OK, for what I saw. I have all this exact information as the truck being sold thru a dealer. So I have window sticker when new, carfax, etc. All details. Pretty much what this report gave me. However I can see great value if this was being bought from a person, rather than dealer. Then it would be a MUST have. Basically your report replaces a $15 Carfax, Plus get all specs and info. But in my case (dealer), not much new to learn.
Said it was only a dollar. They bait and switched and did a monthly subscription thing in some off to the side small print disguised as something else you where not buying. Then, they forced me to give them my phone number, after paying to get my report wich was not a report at all. ZERO vehicle history. I now have to cancel my CC because they will give no reason why the report was just copied from another free site. Then, they directed me to another site to charge $25 for a report. SCAM! DECEPTIVE! FRAUD! Just pay the legit companies your $20 and avoid this mess.
I thought I had signed up for the $1.00 report, however I was charged $18.95 with one click on my computer. Did not get the information that I was looking for so once again I was failed again.
Had I had the opportunity to read the reviews beforehand I would have not clicked!
Why are there so many scammers out there?
Happy holidays to all of you... and shame on you!
Annoyed that the lien info was not on the report. That's why I did the search in the first place. When I tried to go to it I was directed to this review instead. In addition, the information on the roof is wrong. The asphalt was replaced by a new type tin roof, as evidenced in the photo.
I wanted to know the correct mileage of the used car that I wanted to buy. It is the most important information. But the report of this company was blank.
