Owner sent the wrong product but I tell you I'm still impressed. Bought a smaller yellowish pineapple savings bank off this seller and received a HUGE pineapple in gold. I mean seriously HUGE for my hand palm. Very well made and my 5 year old son was running around the house with it and I was like NONONO it's made from ceramic. Great product.

I ordered a tallit bag & tallit clips in August, 2014. As I am in Australia, I required international shipping and received an email regarding shipping to which I responded immediately. I have asked via numerous emails when I will be receiving my order. Finally, I received an email late in September, informing me that the clips are unavailable. Despite asking if they will be becoming available, I have still only been met with silence.
The customer service has been non-existent and frustrating, not to mention the embarrassment they have caused me as I have been unable to give the bat-mitzvah present, which is now very long overdue. I have now insisted on a full refund. Let see how long it will take to hear anything...

My first experience with indian gifts gallery and they were above expectation! Kudos to them. I will recommend them.

I have tried to get my order twice from this company, they said it would be sent recorded delivery, still not got it, do not reply to my emails and their phone line is always out of order. Trying to get refund out of them but not very hopeful do not touch them

I had the same experience as others on this site. I placed an order, the company quickly charged my credit card, but no sparklers ever arrived. I have called and mailed, and nothing! Is there anything one can do to report them?

They have great wedding favors for Brides to purchase as well. The tote bags and champagne flutes are especially cute and very reasonably priced.

I ordered from this company last year and my items did not make it in time for Christmas. BUT I then was stupid enough to order from them again this year. I have sent 5 emails to find out the status of my order. On Jan 2 I receive and email that my product shipped - it did and I only received half my order. NOW I can't get anyone to contact me regarding the other half of the order -and these were Christmas gifts. Also, I am embarrassed to give Elegant Scroll last Name Sign - it is awful! DO NOT Trust a company that does not offer a phone number!
