My credit card was declined but then 3 payments came out. I put specifically wanted to meet someone locally. I had many from out of country. That's a great way to meet someone NOT. By the time o got my cc statement and contacted this company they would not credit my account so I got off site and cancelled.

Site to be avoided at all costs, got charged after a week £83,99 after trying unsuccefully to cancel and remove my profile. Joined as claimed to be free and had no intention of ever paying from premium. Had nothing but messages from sennigal, egypt and even one who as an opener asked if i had a friend with own business who could get him a visa! Have alerted bank and no future payments can be taken and waiting to hear if i can get money back, i have forwarded the email they sent offering me a free 6 months! Save yourself the grief and go on freedating instead, they dont even take your bank details so no nasty surprises apart from in your inbox!

Signed up for 7 day trial period. As soon as I did they tried to take out almost $40.00 without permission. Luckily my bank declined the draft from my account. Most of the profiles are ai bots, because they cannot have a conversation. I received a lot of automated replies. DO NOT Waste your money.

I joined thinking it was 99p then that's it just too be curious. The next thing I got an invoice stating I have a direct debit of £83.99 taken off my PayPal account. Of course I didn't see anything on they site to suggest this is a 7 day trial it is cleverly put into the 99p sign up very small after your invoice and not in large print like okcupid or match which tell you beforehand what you paying for if you join up. This is a big scam and I feel really sorry for people signing up and not checking the small print after the 99p sign up. Beware new scam sign up without proper prices in bold, match or okcupid in bold you know what you paying for.

Very few real people. Clicking on so called free stuff can be very expensive and when you complain you only get half the money back. Automatic responses when clicking the like button on people. Almost no replies.

When I tried to dive deeper I was no longer able to message.Questions and answers are not real conversational replies so they need to humanise their so a great deal more. Please do not give them money as I see here they offer 99p trial but immediately taken more payments. They all are bots with the same script, I realized after 2 minutes of chatting with super models that they were scam. Went to cancel my subscription but they said I had to send an email, of course already did it but then went to this website and found many people complaining about this dating web site getting money from their bank account. I joined a 7 day trial. Two days later I sent an email as per the site instructions to cancel my subscription. My email to cancel was acknowledged.
3 Days after that, I was charged a full year's subscription even though I had cancelled.
Their response was that they could not offer a full refund once the recurring payment had been taken.
