This site looks promising with 100% free membership and goes above and beyond other fake sites by giving reviews of those other "hookup" sites, making sure to clearly note the prices you have to pay to join them.

Once your profile is made you are not allowed to search for anyone because so many spammers have invaded the site that they charge a one-time low fee of only $2!

Well, you pay this one-time fee through pay-pal and the money is transferred to a "Sungho Jung" for a "lifetime membership" and that's it. You still don't get access to the sites functions and you just wasted $2.

Thankfully I used the last $2 on a prepaid credit card to do this so I don't think my account information will be hacked.

I can't say whether this is or isn't a scam. The subscription costs are very, and I mean very low, which leads me to believe it isn't, especially because you don't even need a subscription. However it is a very dificult site to use, the search doesn't even bring up matches near you, it brings up all the people on the site within your age range. Worth checking out and seeing if it's for you.
