After submitting my scathing review of TeeSpring, the company responded with "please reach out to us directly through http://teespring.force.com/NewCase?". So I did this...TWICE...and STILL no refund, no customer service, no satisfaction. What a rip-off. I sent a certified letter with a copy of all charges and again, nothing from TeeSpring. Next letter will be to CA Consumer Fraud and/or MD small claims court. Awful company to do business with.
