Buyer/Seller beware! This is a father/son agency so if you have an issue, it's simply kicked to one or the other and nothing will be resolved to your satisfaction. Case in point, we hired the real estate agent (son) to sell our vacation home. He lost two sales within a month with no real explanation or feedback for us. The third time, we actually brought him the sale and all he had to do was the paperwork. Instead, he offered to show our buyers other homes that he felt were in their price range. The buyer wanted our house, and all they had to do was paperwork to purchase our home, and this Agent did the complete opposite of representing our best interest. Instead he tried to get the buyers to buy another house. The buyers happened to be our first cousins and called us to let us know of the deception. Additionally, he sent our home inspection without our authority and it was an inspection the second buyer paid for. He had no right to do that as it is actually against policy. Worse yet, his father (Michael Mallory) denies any wrong doing and won't let us out of the contract. Worst real estate experience ever! Do not use this agency!
