As a military veteran I have had some amount of difficulty obtaining correct information with regard of how to proceed in getting the appropriate Medicare coverage upon turning 65. Joel G. Was able to provide timely and valuable answers to all of my questions, while also being a good listener. The fact that he was courteous, patient, articulate, and personable made the experience all the more pleasant. I now have a Medicare plan that is right for me and well within my budget! Thanks so much!
Stephen was most friendly, informative, and helpful. My only issue is with the differing rate quotes gotten between Steve and United H.C.. I do understand that my state (MA) has set rates; and that is why my actual rate is higher than Steve's quote.
