According to the webpage, purchase over $100 will qualify free shipping. My purchase was 191.98, and I was charged 6.75 for shipping. That was wrong. The company shipped me 2 MD Nutri Hair brush for free, they both were damaged, the handle of the brush and the back of the brush are sticky. When I touched the handle, the sticky black stuff was stuck on my hand. Since the brush is a trash, please do not send them to customers as a token of appreciation.
I use it only for 3 days, as I was Allergic to it, I had constant itching and swelling.it did not work for me.
I would like for them to have a program that offers free shipping if you buy on auto shipment. This is a very common thing nowadays. The products work, but the shipping is not cheap for me.
I really like their products, the only thing I do not like as much is how quickly I run through both the supplements and the shampoos. I have really long hair and it only lasts me a month. The cost adds up really quick. I wish it was cheaper.

We recommend that you hold off on using the lash conditioner for now. The symptoms you're experiencing will resolve on their own within a few days. Once the itching and swelling subside, you can resume using MD Lash Factor with a modified application method to minimize any potential adverse effects.
Because our serum is clear, it is easy to use too much. We suggest wiping off the excess conditioner from the brush and applying only a small amount to the base of your upper lashes. It's best to do this in the evening, after applying your eye cream. You'll find that one dip into the product is sufficient for both eyes and brows. Please note that there's no need to dip or feel the product, as the serum is thin and clear.
To start, we recommend using the conditioner every other day, gradually increasing the frequency to once a day. With consistent use, you can expect to see beautiful lashes emerge within 4-8 weeks.
