#2 view- Awful Service-McINTOSH TRAIL COUNSELING CENTER- because there is such a big turnover -always a new work group of people and counselors when we go for service. NO RETURN PHONE CALLS FOR your patient care etc. and the counselors are wonderful. It is the Director with the problems AK. MONTHS. I will continue to update this patients and CEO's so you will have an idea what is happening at the McDonough, Georgia Counseling center under Director of Amy Kuhn. Patients there are better centers but you need permission maybe to go if you go far away from home to another one that is good. THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED IN A GOVERNMENT FACILITY FOR THE PATIENTS. For some employees that only want to be paid with our tax payers money and no talent on how to treat patients kindly and respectfully. But OH WELL' for some people with supposedly leadership skills find that IGNORANCE IS BLISS. They enjoy pretending and acting as if they own the facility. Just a waste of tax payers money and too many problems in denying proper service to patients. Amy Kuhn, Director of the Counseling center needs to be immediate replace she is definite incompetent for that kind of position. Stop paying Directors like AK at this counseling center tax payers money for being rude to patients and staff seems to be very tense around Amy Kuhns,... Counselors are pretty helpful in trying to help patients out if possible. Helping patients as best as they can help. Counselors are okay it is the leadership lady... Needs improvement someone professional to show concern and care about patients that go there for service. They need help and a Director with good leadership skills to run a business to help the patients too receive the help patients to try to meet a healthy need mentally from that place if can. Stay away from Director Amy Kuhn -director in McDonough. There are some good McIntosh centers with Directors with SKILLS and competent to help all especially patients. Search for them. I was proud and still of tall he counselors that serviced me. They were outstanding. That Director is a low class racist that needs to learn about counseling patents from all walks of life.
